Does anyone know when this will be aired? Last year it said expected first week of May but can’t find it. Paranoid I’ll miss it, I love that series

And does anyone know what happened to Child of Our Time and Born to be special (not sure that was the name)? Are they still going?

A quick Google shows it was repeated in 2015 and mentioned then.

I agree with Jayne about this. It's not like Lynn's death was on the front page of papers so it was very easy to avoid all news of her passing in 2013. I've not watched the repeat - I'm assuming most viewers who watched 56 Up on TV watched it when it was first broadcast, not in the 2015 repeat with the postscript.

Unless the title is changed to "No spoilers" I think that people are entitled to discuss what has happened to the 63 uppers before the programme is broadcast.

Does anyone remember the other series, also by a documentary maker, about her school friends? I think she started it as a private project but then it was on tv a few years ago? They were of an age that their children were starting to leave home, and there weren't too many participants, maybe 4????

I love this series. I saw the first two when I was at school in my Social Studies lesson and they really stuck with me so I've followed it ever since. It's fascinating. I've set this to record as I'm intending a binge watch at the weekend.
