It's one of those programmes where you don't know what's going on. I just accept it and go with flow!

Has anybody worked out the relevance of the blind couple in The Netherlands? ?

@Whywonttheyletmeusemyusername not 100% but I think when will is on the phone to his wife in the airport and drawing. The blind man picks his pen up and gives it to him. But if you've seen the end of ep2 you'll know what he tells the blind lady also!

I rewatched the airport bit and I also think it was the blind man who handed back the pen. I’m sure the eye clinic must have a part to play in this and Ólafur Darri Ólafsson is the best actor in this so I’m sure he must play a significant part.

Enjoying it so far, roll on the next episode, some people have seen the whole lot but I can’t see where else the series is shown

So there was a bomb on the plane, and the Minister of Transport's political rival was on it - ok, but why then do they have to lie about the survivors? (also have to wonder, if Iceland man is frightened to talk about it, why did he mention it to someone he'd just met?)

When Georgia went to see Emmanuel's wife and was standing at the door, bronzed and quivering, for some reason Pumba from the Lion King flashed through my mind. The cosmetic work has made her look very odd.

It's not very good IMO. Kate B is wooden and strangely orange for a woman who's supposed to have been living up a hill in Wales recently. The script is really corny and predictable and underwritten. Some of the supporting characters are good though and the plot isn't bad. It's just really let down by the poor lead actor.

Has there been some sadness in Kate Beckinsale's and dh's past - I thought her 'you don't have to worry about me every time, time' heals all', when he was leaving to get the flight might have been hinting at that? If so, might it be connected to dh's (sorry can't remember his name) disappearance?

And who is Martin/Charles Dance? Something to do with Kate Beckinsale's father, but why did she say people would listen to him,; and what about his past made it so unlikely that he would play boules? Suspect he may turn up in an episode to come.

Still not sure of the blind couple and why he was on the plane noostvhis sight yet no one says he was on the plane

Strange that the Icelandic man knew that the bomb was in the ruck sack that Emmanuel's wife was carrying - as a passenger would you normally be able to be so sure where the bomb had been hidden, in all the noise and confusion?

Surely the whole plane would have been destroyed so how would he know she had it? Unless he saw her detonate it? I got the impression she didn't know what was in the bag?

I thought she did know what was in the bag as wasn’t happy about it ?
