God this is going to make me hungry

Halsall · 27/03/2019 21:04

'Are the fillings good?'

'No, they are shit.'

Cracking up at the dough slapping as musical punctuation.

Abalone is also known as paua, just FYI. hashtagKiwiFacts

I love dim sum too. Preferably fried.

fourquenelles · 27/03/2019 21:07

Oh my goodness what wonderful snacks!

Please Luv Walnuts do NOT talk about touching things with your hands!

TheDogsMother · 27/03/2019 21:07

These all look lovely

BuckingFrolics · 27/03/2019 21:07

How come Jilly is so damn attractive? heterosexual Bucking muses.

MerryInthechelseahotel · 27/03/2019 21:09

Poor Delia Grin

Pencilmuseum · 27/03/2019 21:09

Gregg can request a whole suckling pig. Delia looks as if she has a few new oven burn scars on her hands and wrists. True chef.

BuckingFrolics · 27/03/2019 21:10

I do like Irinis positivity.

TheDogsMother · 27/03/2019 21:10

I think Delia should have decked Gregg for stating the bleeding obvious

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 27/03/2019 21:10

Cheers Halsall old thing. I also love dim sum. Pre kinder we would go for Sunday morning dim sum on non hung over Sundays. Papers, pots of green tea. Heaven.
Geoff can keep his fingers out of my dim sum. Ugh.

Halsall · 27/03/2019 21:10

This is all going to go really badly

I am not sure about chicken and paua, no sirree.

BuckingFrolics · 27/03/2019 21:11

Jilly doesn't have to fiddle with pastry. Huge advantages.

MerryInthechelseahotel · 27/03/2019 21:11

I'm loving all their characters

Halsall · 27/03/2019 21:12

Jilly's got the 'easy' one here (though it's not easy - compared to the others, though.....)

OP posts:
TheDogsMother · 27/03/2019 21:12

Jilly definitely has the easiest one

GrouchyKiwi · 27/03/2019 21:13

Jilly's brilliant, but she didn't have to faff about making little parcels, so that's easier. Her thingies look very pretty.

RomaineCalm · 27/03/2019 21:13

Jilly definitely got the easier dish here. I can't even imagine the mess that I would be making with Irini's see-through pastry.

jay55 · 27/03/2019 21:13

Chef seemed to really like Jilly, deffo the nicest chef in a while.

TheDogsMother · 27/03/2019 21:14

It pains me to say it but Jeff is pretty good

RomaineCalm · 27/03/2019 21:14

Some of the other professional kitchens could learn a lot from calm, smiley chef.

Halsall · 27/03/2019 21:14

The Walnut King has a qualified success

BuckingFrolics · 27/03/2019 21:16

The diners know their dim sum
