Cheers Halsall old thing. I also love dim sum. Pre kinder we would go for Sunday morning dim sum on non hung over Sundays. Papers, pots of green tea. Heaven.
Geoff can keep his fingers out of my dim sum. Ugh.

I am not sure about chicken and paua, no sirree.

Jilly doesn't have to fiddle with pastry. Huge advantages.

I'm loving all their characters

Jilly's got the 'easy' one here (though it's not easy - compared to the others, though.....)

Jilly definitely has the easiest one

Jilly's brilliant, but she didn't have to faff about making little parcels, so that's easier. Her thingies look very pretty.

Jilly definitely got the easier dish here. I can't even imagine the mess that I would be making with Irini's see-through pastry.

Chef seemed to really like Jilly, deffo the nicest chef in a while.

It pains me to say it but Jeff is pretty good

Some of the other professional kitchens could learn a lot from calm, smiley chef.
