Can't see Irini opening a restaurant ot cooking school - reckon she'll just retire on the laurels.

Wasn’t it a different vibe having an all female final. And they were so lovely with each other.

That was great. I wish Jilly has won but Irini deserved it. I hope it changes all their lives

Just watched on catch up and I would have been happy for any of them to win. It was so great having three talented women in the final. So supportive and lovely. Well done Irini.

Thanks all - watched on delayed recording - I was rooting for Jilly but thank thank you all for pointing out Gregg and his rabbit pocket watch with the big clock - I have been chuckling to myself. He really has gone beyond parody hasn't he? I love that between them, Delia with her crowd control skills , Jilly - serious sportswoman and Irini - ( brook no nonsense) Gregg^^%% must've been thinking "Crikey - there isn't a single woman here I can tweet and will marry me, despite my natty weskit. " Ah I joke of course. Any chance we might have a presenter who could contribute something other than being the speaking clock next time do you reckon?

Watched on catch up and would have been pleased if any of them had won as I genuinely liked them all. Hope to see at least one of them at the Good Food shows.

Oh I don’t know - sometimes when someone is cooking food from their home country is is novel and interesting to begin with but they end up being just a one trick pony. I remember one who cooked something I make every week (thrown together as it is very simple) and the ooohhhs and ahhhhhs were quite amusing (like someone presenting beans on toast). Then they say ‘pasta - never tried that’...

But she did soon show that the just loved food and could do interesting things! She must’ve spent a lot of time in her kitchen cooking food from all over the world and trying techniques.

Why would English not count as a language? People aren't born with it as a default setting!
