Just watched it (took ed back to uni). Yay! A good decision. I was so worried Jilly would be going, but then all those good(bad) comments happened with Jims food and thought its a done deal.

I ned to try that panacotta. I've done dairy free cheesecake with silken tofu and thats amazing, and far FAR better than messing anout with boiling cashews blah blah blah.
I have made aquafaba meringues, but had the oven a tad too high so they browned too much and tasted bitter.

I'm a bit worried for Jilly - she needs to up her game now.

Also just realised there's no way this is going to be finished up this week. I had assumed this was the last week with the final on Friday. I'm going on holiday next week and have never before missed a masterchef final. Gutted!
