I'm torn between rereading the book before or waiting until after

(As an aside, ds has gone to school today dressed as a Discworld assassin for world book day, which I am quietly chuffed about!)

I actually got far more excited by the trailer for Good Omens than I did by the one for Game of Thrones.

It looks really good.

I hop the four other bikers of the apocalypse make an appearance.

I think they said the BBC would get it in autumn (Sep/Oct, can't remember which). It looks brilliant and is sure to be very true to the book as it's Gaiman's promise to Pratchett.

My plan is to sign up for a free month of Prime, binge Good Omens and American Gods, and then cancel.

My copy of the book fell apart from over use. Cannot wait.

The book is so good that she show will probably only disappointment. I suggest watching it first then reading the book!

Teddy have read the book several times, but just not in a few years. But have decided to wait to re-read (have been filling the gap with Discworld)

We listened to it on audible last year with teen dc so we’re all ready to see the James Bond stick on bullet holes, the pins, his little toesie wosies, the flaming bmw, the corporate team building activity. CAN’T WAIT!

I am always disappointed by Pratchett stuff on TV so I'm praying that the Gaiman influence changes that (I like American Gods). I think I love the material so much that it's better in my head.

I am so excited for this, the book is wonderful, its one of my most favourite books, and the trailer looks great.
