Where were Sarah, Gary and Bethenny living? I thought they were in Nick's flat.
Or was that Carla's?
Where is Nick living?

Isn’t Gary skint because of something to do with his new baby with Nichola? I seem to recall he visited her over Christmas and spent money on presents for the new baby, plus maintenance for that baby and for Jake so he’s keeping 3 families on one wage?

Gary and Sarah Lou were living in a Victoria Court flat , although I don't think we ever saw them in it, no need to spend on a set when they were all going to end up back at David's.

Nick's living with Leanne.

If these new storylines (Gary skint, Nick skint, everyone in prison, long lost siblings etc) are where the new producer is taking us then I don't think I want to go.

If Liz does a deal with Johnny to stop him losing the pub license, such as giving her a share in exchange for changing her statement, I'll be so frustrated.

Where on earth are Ryan and t'other brother?? Not been seen for ages!

Nick bought that flat for Leanne and Toyah. Was it Carla's? It looks the same as Jenny and Johnny's. Why is Carla still living with Roy? Improbable.
Michelle's "sons" seem to have vanished. Wasn't the doctor becoming an alcoholic? Did the issue of the drug dealer just finish?

Didn't Gary take the job in Ukraine because he needed the money to send his son (Jake?) to a private school? There was something wrong with Jake - I think it was a speech or language delay. Whatever it was, like all other problems that afflict Corrie residents it was miraculously resolved and both Jake and the ailment were never heard of or seen again.

What does Johnny mean by the police being believe Lizs version of events? She’s telling the truth! She hasn’t lied about any of it!

Also, I hope this Olivia will not be a permanent character! Aside from her completely lack of acting ability, her lips are awful!

I think they mean that Liz's version of events is an embellished version of the truth. Liz has told the police that Jenny deliberately mowed her down in revenge for her affair with Johnny. The actual truth is that Jenny was so drunk she had no idea who or what she had hit.

Yes Jenny is guilty but it was Liz and Johnny that started all this and are to blame. Liz really isn't doing herself any favours. I hope Jenny doesn't go to prison as she's absolute gold behind the Rovers bar.

But Johnny fed Liz the usual lines about his marriage being over and how he really wanted her. I think Liz mainly stayed at the pub because she needed her job. It can’t have been much fun for her either. Jenny was a bloody fool to have him back, he was vile to her, on top of his cheating.

Johnny manipulated liz. He really played her. And he’s done the same with Jenny. He’s played them both for his own self serving agenda and pitted them against each other (I know that wasn’t his intention but it’s what he’s done) he caused all this.

I must say I can't remember why Nick is carrying a large amount of money in his gym bag. I thought it was £80,000, but this evening £30,000 was mentioned.

Does it make Sally getting out less likely if he’s dead??

What happened re Brian and his teaching career? I thought the evil teacher was suspended and the headmistress was sympathetic towards Brian. Has he given up teaching to sell gobstoppers?

Was it an accident or did he deliberately walk in front of the van?

Sinead and Daniel showed up too. The headshaving story felt like a letdown though.

I thought Duncan did it on purpose?

Pretty certain he didn't do it deliberately, that's not his style. And he had his back to the vehicle.

I reckon he's dead and that the police will get hold of May via the last number he called on that 'phone and all will be revealed.

I liked the ending (I think the Duncan actor has been very good) but there has been lot of dross in it too, lately. They need a cull.
