What the fuck was Sally going to drink? Urine? Urine with poo floaters?

And didn't someone predict on the previous thread that thingy - Seb's mum - would end up in the same cell?

Forgotten 'thingy's' name Blush

IHaveBrilloHair · 23/11/2018 20:12

Yey, new thread.
Thank you.
I've not seen this week yet, I always watch the omnibus on a Saturday morning.

IStandWithPosie · 23/11/2018 20:13

Abi called it a silk cut shandy so I assume it was a cigarette crumbled up in water. Or maybe something else.

Clionba · 23/11/2018 20:51

So Hope has gone to a PRU and the headteacher told the parents in the pub?

OP posts:
thenightsky · 23/11/2018 20:52

God that's rubbish. Telling them in the pub!

And now Gina is going to be an arse.

Clionba · 23/11/2018 20:54

Why would Gina believe a stranger over a sister that's done everything to help her?

OP posts:
Yambabe · 23/11/2018 21:30

Cos she wants to get in Tim's pants, and she's not very mentally stable?

Lightson · 23/11/2018 22:20

I’ve just got to say it ..... it’s driving me mad . The most used sentence has to be ‘ don’t be daft ‘ it drives me up the wall

Lightson · 23/11/2018 22:24

Now you’ve heared it you won’t be able to unhear it

Housemum · 23/11/2018 22:45

I’ve yet to watch this week(I do the omnibus), so I’m just on the bit where Nick confesses to Leanne. Why when Nick told Leanne did he say he was married and stop there (other than to give her time to rant), not “I got married I regret it I’m trying to divorce her but she’s being awkward, don’t worry though I will get out of this”. At least warn Leanne that Elsa is a bunny boiler. And she won’t Let It Go....

Deadringer · 25/11/2018 13:51

I know that Gina has mental health issues, but no way would she sell Sally out because she fancies Tim. She is supposed to be upset about all the lies, but she is no stranger to lying herself, lying about her debt, happy to destroy the mobile phone and lie about it, and lots more that I can't recall right now. It seems to me that the writers have a very cynical view of women and loyalty. I think Gina will come good in the end though.

Clawdy · 25/11/2018 16:19

Also I don't believe Gina would believe the guy's sanctimonious, self-pitying stories, they all sound rehearsed and untrue.

eddiemairswife · 25/11/2018 18:28

I don't know much about the legal system, but would Sally really be in gaol before her trial? Wouldn't it would be cheaper to confiscate her passport, and have her report to the police station each day?

Redglitter · 25/11/2018 19:32

The only reason she got jailed was because she & Tim went round to the other guys house to try and reason with him. He reported her for witness intimidation or something so they refused her bail because of that. He got out on bail because he was only facing charges of fraud - I think

MrsSteveMcDonald · 26/11/2018 17:31

Pat Phelan was in London's Burning today

KlutzyDraconequus · 26/11/2018 17:34

London's burning? Isn't that an old show?

Was he bald and scowly in that too?

thenightsky · 26/11/2018 19:42

Rita conveniently hurts her ankle on the way to court Hmm

Budgieinaberet · 26/11/2018 19:44

Mary looking for Jude - just why ?
Mary used to be funny, now she's dreadful.

Clionba · 26/11/2018 19:47

True about Mary, she was a great character.

thenightsky · 26/11/2018 19:52

Why doesn't Brian just fuck that awful job off?

Budgieinaberet · 26/11/2018 19:56

Yes not very professional to email staff at 1 am

Clionba · 26/11/2018 19:58

Horrible storyline.

OP posts:
EachandEveryone · 26/11/2018 20:17

I agree its a vile storyline. Bloody Gina gets on my nerves.

Clionba · 26/11/2018 20:46

How shitty. A perfectly nice, hard working, conscientious woman gets sent to prison for a crime she didn't commit. Is any of this at all plausible?

OP posts:
thenightsky · 26/11/2018 20:48

Was the Rita in the Pub speech about having children aimed at Jenny? Didn't we have this discussion on a previous thread about how nice it would be for Jenny to have a child?
