How come Sally can get a visiting order to Sophie & Gina at a moment's notice for later the same day?

I know things are more flexible when you're on remand, but once you're convicted aren't there specific visiting days so many times a month that have to be planned in advance?

I'm also watching Classic Corrie currently - 1991. Gail is about 34. She wasn't a daft and simpering character, pulling all those silly faces. The opposite!

Gail has had an entire personality transplant. I think it happened around the time David bought the house off her and she became a tenant in her own house. Tbh I think they don’t know what to do with Gail anymore. They’ve done every kind of romantic storyline with her, and really that’s all Corrie knows to do-pair people up.

The love of Gail’s life is Nick! I’d miss her if she went. I like her bickering with Audrey and David and petty feuds with Eileen. Her and Sally are big pals so hope they acknowledge that soon. Don’t know if she’s even mentioned that her bezzie is banged up.

It's so funny that Gail and Audrey both have huge thick mops of hair, even though they are not mum and daughter in real life! Gail's face is swamped by her hair.

Last night when Peter and Carla were walking away from the rovers I noticed a building/shop front behind the rovers that I’ve never noticed before. It looked run down. Does anyone know if that’s part of the new street that was revealed earlier this year or could they be planning more new shops?

Hair I think. Peter looks like he would call cigarettes ‘snouts’. I vaguely remember the actor from the post-punk scene in the early 80’s, we used to follow the same bands.

Isn't the run down building whatever Peter was talking about renovating a snooker hall?

I think Peter has been looking pretty lush for a year or two, but he's only 2'6", which puts me off!
