We found a teeny tiny hedgehog a month ago - kept her and shovelled cat food down her neck for the best part of a week while we found a rescue that could take her (she grew quite a bit even in that time).

Rescue got back in touch today for us to release it (they like them back where they came from), so we waited until it was nice and dark and set her free (have four dogs with prickled noses as they all had a good neb)
