Felt really sorry for Tim tonight because Duncan was quite convincing when he was giving his ‘evidence’ regarding the phantom affair he and Sally had, the comment about Tim’s personal hygiene not being great was a pretty good lie and if I was a judge/juror then I’d be leaning towards the side of Duncan! although we all know that Sally will get out of prison. What a witch Gina is being by not mentioning her date with the dastardly Duncan, I can see why Sally gets pissed off with her, I think it’s good old fashioned sibling rivalry from Gina towards Sally.

TheEfficientBaxter Family Affairs was where the luscious Idris Elba first stole my heart and I think, it was probably his first acting role on tv, just think he’s a Hollywood guy now! However, I’m a little put off by him now because he actually went onto Twitter or Instagram and thanked the people who voted him sexiest actor, on whatever awards thing it was, and said it was an honour to win such an award and he was being deadly serious..
I think it’s common knowledge that he now loves himself and this is a total turn off for me.

It was on last night in the background but it's so tedious that I couldn't be bothered to watch. I hate what they are doing to Sally, why isn't she allowed to be successful on the council?

It's funny, regarding Sally, that the hospital will have CcTv but not any of the hotels they supposedly went to.
Very hotel I've ever been too has CCTV in the parking lots, some even at front desk.
Handy that. Setting up the next bit of drama where Silly pretends to be ill, or my guess, annoys a big woman so she gets beaten.

Johnny was lovely in early Prime Suspect. He started off treating Tennison in the same chauvinistic and misogynistic way as all the other male officers but then became a great support to her, so it was good to see his character develop. I always thought he was attractive.

I am also really hating the Sally storyline. Between her and Ali, its like no one is allowed to be successful. Sally can be annoying but it was great to see a character actually strive for something and try and better themselves.

I really hate that Ali has gone from doctor to bloody waiter, it is ridiculous.

I don’t like the Sally storyline either why couldn’t they keep her as the mayor, there is plenty of mileage in that for storylines plus her and Tim were a fab pairing.

Why won’t Corrie allow people to be successful?

I'm no lawyer, but wouldn't her solicitor have had sight of the evidence beforehand so should have been checking up on Sally's whereabouts on the various dates that Duncan claimed she was with him? It's all a bit silly.

I change my mind on a regular basis on who is the worst actor in Corrie, but now I'm one hundred per cent sure it's Sophie, she's just dreadful.

I might be wrong but aren't prisoners phone calls monitored, just ridiculous Sophie dramatically telling Sally to make herself ill. It just wouldn’t happen.

Rose they're often recorded unless the inmate is calling their legal team. Inmates have a right to privacy when calling their solicitors so Sally may have called wotsit.

ellenora I agree. I find I can't actually watch Sophie anymore her intonation and reactions are so wooden and gestures off key. Just dire. Wish I was paid a six figure salary for being so crap!

We all said Ali was the least likely GP ever and now he's proving us right! He was scary with Bethany . All that pent up aggression nas being in your face, he could have been Billy's brother!
