Have a look at the Aprentice website. Katie thinks she is noble and that really she won - she is so full of herself it's unbeliveable. Tre is quite funny though...

so shocked when Katie said maternity leave and all that bull - plus her comments on mothers. She dislikes mothers who bad mouth wohm - she should look to her own comments about mothers in general & sahm.

no wonder sir alan asked her to leave in the way he did - he outsmarted her.

Katie wants a media career - obvious. She wants to ponce about being some overpaid business "consultant" talking-head on TV shows.

I had to laugh at Bra Woman getting the better of Katie. "That's why I'm sitting here and you're over there." Handbags in the Green Room?

Maybe someone should go on other infamous threads here and suggest that, on the Katie scale, stealing a married man is only 8/10 for ruthlessness.

Tre was far more likeable and funny by the end, but still a bullshitter. What the hell does he do?

A marketing consultant, a design consultaant, a consulting consultant and a - what was it? - backside development consultant?

He'd be on that bloody B-Ark!

Can I be a Web Forum Consultant? Paid to come on message-boards and spout crap in the hope of kicking off arguments? Sounds a good job to me.

i really liked katie. that bra woman was really annoying. what has she done to herself? she looked weird

I'm not a huge Katy fan but in the 'your fired' show i think that the bra women came over very badly, she said no one work employ katy well i have to say with an attitude like hers i wouldn't want to work with her.

At the end of the day you have to remember that the BBC or whoever made the show will have editted it to make each of the contestants fit a certain Character. Yes Katy said those things but a. you don't know what else she said before and after and b. what was said to her to get that responce. You just have to take the Gina Ford suituation we had here where one comment was taken out of context and wow we all know how that blew up.

also 2 working mummy's on the show wouldn't have worked, they had cast Jaydean (sp) as the career mum they couldn't have Katy in the same role now could they. Plus one thing that i would have expected would have been, if shes as bad as she has been portrayed, why they was no footage of Katy bad mouthing Jaydean for missing her child.

Thought bra woman was very aggressive - wouldnt want to come across her down a dark alley!
Katie did very well on You're Fired! but I CANNOT believe she put that on her questionnaire about sleeping with a married man.
TBH - I don't think bra woman or Katie did business women any favours.
Also, how come Alan didn't ask Tre about his children and how he was going to cope???

Sir Alan didn't ask Tre because he fired him, so not really relevant. Aside from the fact that it was quite clear that Tre didn't do much at home from his interview (his wife said he was lazy, which came as no surprise to me). I thought that the Bra woman was quite aggresive, but I don't think Katie has been set up as a bitch, I think she decided that was a good game to play (and then maybe thought she could mitigate that by pleading about her babies at the end).

Thanks UniqueDad but it was actually the aftershow with Adrian Chiles I was wanted to watch.

I thought that Michelle what's her name was ruthless but she's a people person. Katie is just a bitch who will do whatever it takes, including stealing her best friend's husband, to get what she wants. And she's a showman, an actress, but I don't think that she's really that inteligent.

I also think the fact that she has wrecked three marriages, and is still single says a lot about her - slapper.

And I think the reason why Alan Sugar didn't mention Tre's children is because he has a wife, so it's a different senario to a single parent who is soley responsible for the children.

Furball - yes, I know - "You're Fired" - you can watch it there too, I think. It's on the list of shows under "Video".

also while I think that bra woman was agressive, that is sometimes necessary. rightly or wrongly, it is still much harder for women to make it to the top in business than it is for men, and in order to make it to the top you have to be confident, and sometimes ruthless/agressive. But there's a difference between someone like michelle (bra woman) who has got where she is through probably some hard bargaining, and someone like Katie who will trample on everyone in her way and sleep with whoever is necessary to get where she wants to be. That's just cheap, and IMO no woman would employ her, and only the sleeziest of businessmen who thought they had a chance of getting into her knickers would employ her.
