What intrigued me about the stuff with Katie was that they didn't talk about her family background/education prior to uni where they did with the others. I now want to know where the accent comes from as her parents had strong west country accents. She's one strange character.

I hated that NY comment....made me really really angry!

I said to dp, she talked about her girls and then siad ' i am so glad i had them ' or words to that effect and then i felt they had edited out the 'But.........'

She didn't look like a "Mother" with her children, she was mocking one of them and she just seem detacthed from them.

Well I saw the clips for the interviews that they are doing on Wed's prog and she says to one of the blokes I didn't get where I am by staying at home and playing mummy or something like that I was like .....I'm so blessed to have DS, would never belittle motherhood!!

What was the NY comment?

Found KAtie doing the marathon when preg comment a bit off.

She found out she was pregs and said something along lines of oh I decided to do NY marathon and see if it was meant to be, it would be.....

FM - when KAtie said she ran the NY marathon whilst preg & if she was meant to be preg it would be ok. Words to that effect.

Tell me more. i can't get enough!!!!

Katie said she was very shocked to discover she was preg for the 2nd time. At the time she was in training for NY marathon and she still ran it. She said if it is meant to be I will still be pregnant at teh end of it.

Kristina came across very well, as did tre actually. His car accident sounded horiffic. His wife and son are lovely.

Did the programme cover Jadine? If so I missed that bit.

It's on at 11.20 pm tonight Monday 5 June as well, I just discovered my TV Drive (ex-Telewest and now Virgin version of Sky + box) was set to record tonight as well as last night.

Adam just said (without having to spend ages thinking up a sound bite) that she wasn't very nice and that her own estimation of her intelligence was not very accurate. (or words to that effect).

The programme was only about those still in the contest, so no Jadine, I didn't see all of it yes, mostly a bit about Lohit as we were sorting out feeding/expressing at the time.

Tre has realy grown on me over thw eeks. I thought he was quite sensitive to jadine when she was missing her Dd and didn't want to bring it up on the boardroom(but did reluctantly)He's very very funny also.

Can't imagine himas a father/husband though he seems young and a bit of a lad.

I enjoyed this - good to get a different perspective on the group. Like Tre more now definitely and think Kristina has done amazingly well - what a good role model. Can't fathom Katie out - like they said, it's as if she's playing a role and you never get to see who she really is. Don't like her though - she is too much of a bitch behind people's backs (and often to their faces too!). Roll on Wednesday.

FFs stop critising the poor woman, simply because she is a great success and many of us are not.

She may be a success but she's not a nice person. It is possible to be both.

Kristina fell pregnant at 17 and, despite all advice being for her to give up her baby, she moved alone to England from Ireland and brought him up single handed. Her son is now 18 and at university. Kristina's family are so proud of her.
