I think I’ve missed a few episodes. Why is Amy in hospital? (with something serious enough to keep her in for a few weeks?)And why are her parents so concerned that they’ve gone out for a romantic meal? Grin

As far as I know, Amy slipped in a jacuzzi when she was having a spa day with Tracey and broke summat. The dead druggie looks about 45- far too old to be hanging out with Sawphie and Bethany.

I know no-One like a him but Ali has really grown on me but I’m so disappointed he has agreed to lie! He’s a GP! He’ll lose his career over this.

Don't Michelle and Ali realise the Police will be talking to the paramedics about what happened beginning with the call from Ryan up to them arriving on scene to find Ali doing CPR. The truth will come out. Mark my words.

Amy has broken her elbow; hardly a reason for her to be kept in hospital.
I'm still getting confused about Ryan and Ali, and where on earth is this Cormac story leading?

No, it's unlikely.
When I was in A&E earlier this year there was a guy with a broken elbow, he had it put in plaster, prescribed painkillers and sent home at 3am.

And since this is MN and people will ask how I could possibly know, we were the only two people in resus, (they take you there when it's serious, not just if you need to be resuscitated), I could hear and see everything, eve when they shut the curtains, they aren't soundproof!

My friend broke her elbow a few years ago. She was a few hours in A&E then Home with painkillers. She had to go for physio after a few weeks but no stay in hospital.

Why did Cormack put those tablets in Ryan's pocket?
The Police will find them and assume he supplied Cormack with drugs and arrest him for murder.

Adam can't do it as he knows Cormac's da and got Cormac the job at the bistro. I do hope this doesn't mean that Cormac's family are going to get involved in some vendetta. I can see his family arriving en mass wrecking businesses and buying up the place. I really hope that is not the route the new producer is going down. It'll be like Eastenders soon.

I broke my elbow and they didn't plaster it as it's a joint (same for my collarbone and femur, I've broken a few bones but never had a cast!). I was out of hospital in a few hours. But Weatherfield General has a never ending supply of beds and doctors.

I'd love a gangster to come and shoot a few characters- we could write them a list!

I bet Ali wishes he'd never set eyes on Coronation Street and Michelle. He's had a lovely upbringing resulting in him being a doctor and 5 minutes with his biological mum and he's going to lose his career.

Well Weatherfield General dont really have a never ending supply of Drs as Ali seems to.be always there involved somehow despite being a GPHmm Just like Martin Platt when he ran the hospital and was the only nurse available ever regardless of which department it was Confused
