The 360 that Adam took seemed silly. One minute he was going with Eva and not taking no for an answer and then after finding out that Eva still loved Aidan he was staying.

It's extremely poor. OTT characters, mediocre writing, dead wood. The handful of excellent actors are keeping me watching. Classic Corrie is so much better and now that Classic EastEnders is starting, I might ditch current CS.

I did find Johnnie quite fanciable when he was in Prime Suspect - not so much in Corrie but that is partly because I don’t like the character (or any of that family). I think I’d have had a crush on Daniel if I was younger, but I don’t get the Sinead partnership at all.

I hope Brian understands that he will need to offer a 24/7 service and will need to take any amount of children at very short notice. Don't UK childminders need to be trained and registered?

I think his primary school teaching will help but I do wonder where he will house them. Maybe it will be one of those hippy out door facilities where the children build their own nursery on the red reck

I feel sorry for the other childminder in the street losing her livelihood. Although maybe she's retired to her villa abroad with all that 24/7 work she's undertaken in the past.

Someone (Fizz?) mentioned the childminder this week......a Mrs. Martin who's 'getting on a bit'.

Maybe she has packed up her colouring books and supply of sleeping bags and gone to Nottingham. A lot of soap rejects go there.

For me, Steve, Daniel and Imran are all fanciable! Although Steve has his head turned far too easily and is very lazy.

I like the way that Simon Gregson isn't afraid to get his belly out, while other celebs have to do months in the gym before a shirtless scene.

I also feel sorry for the invisible 24/7 childminder, the previously un-named Mrs Martin, who is now being pushed out to pasture because (according to Chesney last week) she is now too old and cannot handle 'Ope and Rubeh. But yes, she should be able to retire on the fortune she must have made looking after the kids.

As this is Corrie of course Brian will be able to become a qualified CM without taking any courses and his house/flat/wherever he lives now doesn't need to be risk assessed.
