I like Come Outside...
Auntie Mabel is a legend

Even Stevens makes me laugh

Fireman Sam, obviously

Balamory (but not not not Me Too - how could the Balamory people have gone so wrong?)

Charlie and Lola

and Raven (mmm, Raven)

And am I alone in my Jane and The Dragon fixation? Just hits the spot on a weekend morning when I'm not up to anything more taxing than dung-based humour.

ZisforZebra · 31/05/2007 21:02

I like Smile, mainly because I fancy Barney (even though it feels vaguely wrong somehow!) I really like Arthur too.

Can't stand Me Too or Tweenies.

aintnomountainhighenough · 31/05/2007 21:23

For me it's Peppa Pig. I am Mummy Pig in more ways than one!

However a friend has told me that you can see the old childrens programmes on a Sky Channel so I am going to find out when Mr Ben is on 'cos I think it's brilliant!

bettybobo · 31/05/2007 21:28

mr men series is the best (have veedee)
peppa pig
little princess
fabulous

hate the new computer animation like for noddy

aintnomountain we've got Mr Ben on dvd, dh found in online, check it out

arfishy · 31/05/2007 21:32

But Daddy pig is just a giant testicle. It's very off-putting.

bettybobo · 31/05/2007 21:46

the snorting noise is annoying too!
i like the way they are drawn
i take it all too seriously

deuxcheekymonkeys · 31/05/2007 22:04

have to say I Sky + Rainbow on Nick Jr at 815pm then watch the next day with DS - he LOVES it and it takes me back!! Otherwise its Charlie and Lola, Wonderpets and Little EInsteins.....

puffling · 31/05/2007 22:49

Blue Cow story
Balamory
Come Outside (partic. visits to boot factories and suchlike)
Night Garden
Charlie and Lola
Big Cook Little Cook

I hate Tikabilla
Higgledy House (looks unlived in)
Shiny Show ( the middle aged/middle class actor womens' voices grate on me)
Bits and Bobs ( 2 middle aged tedious women)
Number 5's accent on Numberjacks
and worst of all the most amateur and strange singing group of all time, 'Singing Hands' on Something Special

puffling · 31/05/2007 22:52

Oh and I can't stand the old Yorkshire woman voice of Barnaby Bear and the idea that little children would be interested in the Salisbury bypass route and the ferry to Brittany.

eidsvold · 31/05/2007 23:04

SUE LOL

eidsvold · 31/05/2007 23:04

at the chafing comment that is

hk78 · 01/06/2007 00:22

oh i do love big cook, little cook

i just love the giant food and giant kitchen utensils etc. to make little cook look...well, little

and i love the way he flies off on his wooden spoon to go and see how things are made etc.
i just generally love a film about how things are made, anything really.

(and he was strangely attractive in the f* ginger programme)

3xamum · 01/06/2007 02:17

NOOOOO to the Welsh guy in Doodle-do.
He just sounds like he's bored witless presenting.

I love Me-too but only because I can annoy my older 2 by singing that grating theme song all day long

Bobinogs - now that song gets stuck in your head

and a bobbobi nogs and a bobbobbobble hat.

SueBaroo · 01/06/2007 10:00

---------

That's why he's so attractive! (that and the nice arms). It's because he's not like Timmy Mallett on speed, and is just laid back and chilled out.

The Secret Show, Raven, Smile, Peppa Pig , Funky Valley and Little Princess

Countingthegreyhairs · 01/06/2007 11:52

Another vote for Aunt Mabel.

And Shaun the Sheep.

(Plus I'm secretly intrigued by the relationship between Miss Hooley and PC Plum. I know they shared an Italian meal and he took her sailing, but what happened next?)

Want to machine gun Mr Tumble ...

essanel · 01/06/2007 13:27

spongebob squarepants

Soph73 · 01/06/2007 14:00

I can't help but like Lazy Town. Sportacus is a bit of alright really.
Do like Come Outside too. I now know how wellies, pencils, toothpaste and teapots are made. My life feels more complete knowing that. Her hair amazes me, it's the eighth wonder of the world; how doesn't it get squashed when she wears her areoplane hat!!
i have found myself on many occassion, when my daughter has left the room, sitting there watching these prgrammes vividly, really engrossed and then wonder what I'm bloody doing when dinner really needs to be made, washing sorted out etc etc...
Can't stand Brum!! What's that all about, especially the fat bloke dancing!

Grozzit · 03/06/2007 14:19

I like

High School Musical
Zoey 101
Hannah Montana (current fav)
Bamzooki
