What was rather painful was Alex’s chat with Laura - the reference he made to him having watched the Endless Summer surf movie (which he couldn’t even remember the title of) somehow implying they have something in common!
Can even see Sam (if free of G) with her before Alex, although Jack 2 seems a dead cert.

Jack2 seems popular in there with everyone.

Alex just constantly screws up everything. He'd finally got into a couple that wasn't one-sided on his part then does this. He's messed up his 'nice gentleman who just needed the right girl' image and I think the public liked the 'happy ending' of him and Alex3. And now he's just made himself look like a nob

Yes he is supposed to be grateful. He has shown himself to be hopeless around women. But now that Alexandra seemed to like him, suddenly he thinks he is a stud. What a joke.

They are obviously a bit bored of each other in there (same people, same conversations) and when anyone new comes in it is obviously a novelty and enjoyable to get to know them....the boys seem to get all confused and mistake these feelings of excitement for real feelings and want to jump ship immediately instead of appreciating the connection they've already made and giving it a chance.

It's like they don't want to miss out on a chance with anyone new, and forget the one they're with entirely, forgetting that soon the amazing new girls will be boring too....until another bright shiny girl walks in....and repeat.

I think Alex 1 just got nervous when he really there was an expectation for them to take it to the next level as a couple and that would’ve involved closer physical contact with a woman. My gaydar is pinging.

I don't really see what Alex1 has done wrong. It's been fine for him to be friendzoned time and time again. If he's not feeling it why shouldn't he say so.
