You don't really see the men exercising either to be fair. You only saw it when Adam was in really. Not sure how much they are doing in reality.

I think the way to tell if someone is naturally thin or not is to look at their face. If it looks a bit gaunt then that is telling.

Without wishing to show off when I was in my 20s I did no exercise and had a good figure (far better than now at 42 exercising 4/5 times a week). Flat tummy, slim legs and arms.

They don’t look like they have loads of muscle tone they just look slim.

Yes and it’s 80% diet and 20% exercise for weight loss so I bet for some they are naturally thin and others are controlling what they eat.

I saw a shot of Laura lifting dumbbells a few episodes back.

I don't think speculating about someone's looks is necessarily a bad thing, especially when that someone is courting Insta likes with said looks.

I can recall seeing shots of both Georgia and Laura 1 exercising but to be honest, watching someone work out isn't really thrilling TV. Laura2 and Samira have the best figures IMO and both have active jobs (dancing/surfing).

We rarely see the islanders eat, but we know they must do. Probably the same with exercise.

Yes I think she has had her nose shortened and she's definitely had her cheeks done.

@viennasky the boys have had their abs counted virtually and Jack1 has been branded as having a dad bod so I think that the boys bodies have been discussed plenty. Not withstanding all the comments about Sam's eyebrows!The thing is that they have either gone to the gym and worked for it or not.
The girls on the other hand have opted for surgery or other treatment eyes/cheeks/lips/chins/boobs/bum etc etc so more to talk about I guess.

I don’t think you can compare Laura & Megan. Laura still very much looks like an older more groomed version of herself. Her nose looks very similar to me, nothing wrong with it before. Your cheeks can be transformed by new teeth. Plus she’s a fan of contouring!

I don’t think we should judge Laura1 or Laura2s figures as they are both lovely.

However in that link of Laura2 topless her breasts look quite different.

Personally I think the before and after pics of Megan and Laura are comparable. They both look totally different.
