That's an interesting thing to say actually, are people recognising their own behaviour in Laura's?

I would behave like her, so I would not say who wouldn't behave like that, but is that it, people see some of themselves in her and can relate?

She started getting arse with Wes when he talked to Ellie and squirted him. Like people used to do to a dog, who was behaving naughty.

She had a melt down several times over the Georgia incident.

Then she ditched Jack, because she was trying to protect herself, but got the arse when he wouldn't roll over less than 24 hours later.

She was throwing herself around the villa moaning because Alex3 had a date with Jack.

I wouldn't say she was calm at all. She seems to bounce back quick, but then drags everything up constantly. So I don't think she bounces back as quick as it appears.

If things aren't perfect, she starts becoming controling/intense and that's going to put most people off.

I don’t see her as having been shat on by Jack or Wes but a) having chosen poorly and then b) fucked it up herself.

TBH we don't see even half of it so I suspect a lot is left out in the editing and so we are manipulated into how we think of the inmates islanders

While that's true. There seems to be polar views on Laura1. Despite us all watching the same edit.

It's hard to tell whose opinion is right. Especially with so much footage missing. I do also think the editing gives people on these shows an out. If they act like a dick they can blame the editing.

It’s immaturity. Why was she so invested in a 21 year old on tv show in the first place. Jack or Wes - if she wasn’t so invested it wouldn’t matter so much. She hadn’t been with Jack for long at that point.

She panicked so much over kissgate that she basically nuked what she had with Jack. It never recovered.

On love island being coupled up is so important. Not being coupled up or in an unstable relationship seems to bring out the worst in the girls. Megan(pre Wes), Laura , Georgia even Alexandra.
I really wish Kaz and Dani had been tested more.

Unrealted but I agree BB used to be great when there were the live feeds available. I wonder why they stopped doing that? I only watch american & canadian bb cos they still have the live feeds.

Laura can be annoying but I still like her, she's just so real and raw I can't help rooting for her over some of the more fake people

As said, I see a reasonably attractive healthy fit young woman who is successful at what she does, who we haven't seen much of to judge further,

Yet on here she's been called, grubby, unattractive, masculine, and weirdly, prone to cold sores. All negative comments on her appearance, I assume by other women, but nothing about her personality. Which in itself is interesting..

I don't think we can classify someone as "real"when they continue to try to force relationships that they know don't work. That's really as fake as it gets. I get she's just kidding her self, but it's still fake.

I have to admit I'm getting really bored with this show. Everyone's so...unlikeable? This year. Past seasons I used to have a few people I liked. Now it's like who is the most likeable out of a bad bunch.

I'm fairly ambivalent about Laura but have always defended Georgia as I see a lot of my younger self in her. I can relate to how she has behaved and think I understand the reasons. Fortunately, for others, I have matured!

Well IMO Laura thought it would work with Jack and it didn't hurt she really fancies him. She's delusional yes but I don't she her as fake at all.

See when Laura said to jack she thought it wouldn't work in the real world and ended it, I think she was being honest, that's what she thought.

She then became dishonest because she panicked about being single. Saying she did it because Georgia pressurised her, how she cared about him and wanted a future with him. I think at that point of her ending it was the most honest for her. The rest was less honest and driven by a motivation to be in a relationship in there.

I also think she lied to Paul. When she said she dumps all her boyfriends. I think she simply said that so he didn't think everyone dumped her on the outside too. I reckon they probably do. As she said, she stays in even though she knows it's not working. That won't just be in there.

I strongly suspect her behaviour in there is how she is in real life.
