It was very inflammatory of the show's producers to show them that photo of Tom and Michelle. She wasn't naked (v small bikini bottoms admittedly!) but that is how it was made to look. Next week will be v interesting when they meet their partners new partner.

Tom is married to his "mum". no wonder they don't have sex!

George is punching way above his weight and he knows it, hence the anger and the put downs to try and keep her in her place.

It was a bit shit stirring to take that photo. Especially since George is such a nasty piece of work. She’d clearly just unhooked her bikini top to avoid tan lines.

But didn’t George say he trusted her 100%? He flew off the handle rather abruptly. Admittedly it’s not a great photo but if you trust someone you at least wait to hear their side of the story.

The lack of respect shown my George to Michelle is just disgusting.

I don't think Tom and Rachel should stay together.
I think if he were really honest he is done but he is wanting to fight for his child to have her family together.

How they feel about the photos is very telling I think. Photo with no context allows the viewer to read into it and make their own conclusions the feelings this triggers would hopefully teach them more about themselves and more about how they actually feel about the other person.

Season two of the US version is insane. It really looks like one of the experimental couples might get together. I hope they do run off together and live in his trailer.

In a normal situation, I’d agree with you but he knows it’s his partner’s husband. Plus he must know if she’d actually get naked in front of the cameras / the housemate, etc.,

I think his reaction shows he thinks yes she would get naked in front of all those people.

I've just binge-watched this. The men made me so angry I was shouting at them . None of them seemed to appreciate that having a child changes your life well, maybe Tom did The others all thought they could still just swan in and out when they felt like it and their wives would pick up the slack and the DCs.
I agree Rachel should get a job but tbh I'd also find Tom's lack of gumption really frustrating.
George is a sexist, abusive arse and the producers were very irresponsible to manufacture photo-gate. Although I did wonder if Michelle deliberately wore skimpy clothes because he'd asked her not to.

Yeah I think she was showing off and being a bit over the top with it deliberately.
Also in the tiny clip on her in the pool the camera changes to show her from the front and Tom floating about in the pool behind her and she laughs and says ‘oh Tom I’ve got no bra on!’ yeah ‘accidentally on purpose’ forgot to put your top on did ya!?

Well, US season 2 didn’t end how I thought it would. Won’t give any spoilers but there are some seriously deluded people in that season.

I've just watched this! The men are total twats. George is just a lazy, sexist, abusive prick, they don't need therapy she needs to escape him . Tony is definitely gay. I feel really sorry for rugby player wife, he seems so self-obsessed, he's pretending he found it so hard with her pnd but I think the reality is he just likes having a fun attractive wife and doesn't like it when she's not entertaining him. He doesnt like the fact that she's grown up a bit, I wouldn't be surprised if there was an OW. Im handing out a lot of ltb's
Rachel is very demanding, and I think she probably shouldn't have married Tom but he is so passive it would drive me insane. And I think she's right he doesn't really want to be with her anymore, he's loving spending time with Michelle.

@TheDishRanAwayWithTheSpoon I'm really not getting that from the rugby guy at all - I think he has no idea how to make it right.

As for Tom, he seems to be flourishing without Rachel ripping him to shreds - he needs to leave her if she doesn't accept him for who he is.

@StorminaBcup I think that's it exactly. She ground him down and I think he's too frightened to try anything different for fear of not getting it right. She was shocked at how good he was looking in his suit.

I think Tom is a bit sneaky. He's the only one who commented positively on their new partner's physical attributes. He came up with a game that got her into a swimming costume really quickly and then he made a big effort to look smart for her.

Probably because Michelle didn’t make him feel like a child like his wife does.
