Why would Aidan insist on Vincent being part of the gang? He doesn't know any details yet, he can't 'inform' on them. Why would he want somebody in the gang who doesn't want to be in the gang? And then offering a bonus while breaking a doll's head off. All ll is not as it seems.Is Aidan an informant or trying to muscle in on some other criminal's activity ie intercept them or something?

Agree that michelle would not be allowed time off over christmas as she is in retail and those poor souls can have some time off at the end of january , not in december or just after because of the sales. Also most expensive time for flights to Aus as nancy said - her job must pay well and be very understanding!
I am tending to zone out a bit over the heist/ Aidan thing, although guessing its going to feature heavily - esp as Linda mentioned the moving day as the 3rd Jan ( a wednesday, EE isnt on wednesday nights!) My dad will be 96 on that day!!
I am wondering if Aidan is all that he seems and if it does have something to do with Weyland ? They wont really knock the Vic down will they?

Maybe they are going to intercept a security van that will probably already have been emptied! If it is a share of 250K (or is that each?), it sounds like a huge criminal activity for people who have no or little experience in raids.

Thought it was a bit unnecessary to take the micky out of the crib scene in Vic. Some people do take the religious idea of Christmas seriously so no need to take the piss . They did squeeze in a reference to Muslims not drinking though - so topical inclusive reference.

There was a scene where Phil was reading a pile of celebrity gossip mags at home. Someone came in and interrupted him, but it was all over in a blink of an eye. I wondered if they were going to do over a country mansion or something.

thats right, when Phil was reading that mag and someone came into the room and upset him doing nothing! I think it was Ian that called about Max? I love Shirley too ' all i want is a kebab and vodka' - weird combo, but funny.
Abi's ' best dad in the world ' mug was also really funny - even dh looked up from his phone and smirked at that one. after what he called her and the baby too! Where did she get the money for that gift?
