I thought the baby monitor thing was dodgy too - where was Lauren? Maybe it's a clue for what's to come? Louis home alone with a baby monitor - Max going a bit crazy? Hello - I love reading this thread but never post! I just wanted to mention one thing (sorry if it's been said already) - can't they just admit the forged signature and take the hit on it, but then they won't have legally sold the freehold?

James knows the forms were forged. He threatened them with lawyers but nothing happened. He just wants the pub so didn’t Persue it. They are resigned to the fact they are moving on now I think.

I’m guessing because it’s fraud to obtain money they could be done. Also can pretend they send in good faith so now they owed allmoney for repairs it stood. But agree you think either they go jail fraud and pay back initial money or the contract doesn’t stand.

Not sure why the local paper and people were in it’s to shut up community centre to celebrate community losing out to enable people but “million pound flats” though who rift mind buy over looking your balcony door onto smelly dirty garage fumes, who knows!

I was also absolutely gob smacked about Ian leaving Louis home alone and then going to the pub with a baby monitor that is audio only, not even a video monitor. I actually can't believe they showed it.

Akire - I don't think the flats will overlook a smelly garage. They'll put Ben out of business and he'll have to sell up. It'll be demolished with all the rest of the square they can get their hands on.

Interesting about the backhanders to council officials that Josh was trying to get proof of. It's v topical. There's an investigation at the moment into a proposed development on the Isle of Dogs where a middleman for 4 councillors is accused of asking the developer to pay half a mill each to get planning permission. 'Consultancy fees'

I was gobsmacked about the baby monitor too and to be honest if they do a storyline about something happening to Louis because of this form of ‘babysitting’, it will be in very bad taste because of MC.

However it would mean Lauren moving out of Ian’s which is inevitable especially now as Ian has declared how much he loves minding Louis and never gets tired of it.

Maffew is so sweet. He isnt related to The Brannings but jack did bring him up as his own .

Why was Linda and Sharon packing up living room? You think enjoy Christmas than blitz it after wards. There only the living room and kitchen and own bedrooms to do.

I'm disappointed Tina isn't pregnant. Luisa Bradshaw-White is one of the underrated actors in the show and needs a good story again.
