I remember Morales. I'd always wondered what happened to him. I'm presuming his family is gone, which has changed him somewhat.

I have no idea what's going on or where they got all the bullets from. I'm confused!

Temporary I thought the same, the gun battle was boring and went on way too long.* In reality the corrugated iron on the cars wouldn’t have lasted long and the cars would have been shot to pieces.*

What was with all the face close-ups too? With those and the shooting I'd say there was only about 20 mins of actual show. Really hope it picks up soon.

I don’t think I could go to war with Ezekiel. I wouldn’t understand his orders. “And be not 10 Minute’s behind? 9 minutes or 11 minutes?”

Also I am annoyed Morgan didn’t pick up at least one of the rifles especially as they were looking for weapons. I think I would offer the role of gun collector. I’d follow along behind like a glass collector in a pub but picking up guns with a wheel barrow.

I didn’t like that ep. It was like watching someone playing MW3. I did like that they used less music though.

It’s that bloody tiger and the dumpster people that have made it a bit ridiculous for me. I know that if an apocalypse happened there would be gangs of people fighting and committing vile things. But the tiger and the silliness of the dumpster leader has spoilt it a bit for me.

Another episode that didn’t really move the narrative forward
And what’s with Jesus saving everyone. Particularly stupid with the guy that took him hostage and the scumbag that killed Benjamin - neither of them great additions to the gene pool!

I dunno, I like the tiger. I worked in animal rescue so could see that happening 😂 (plus knew it was coming)

This seems to be the most puzzling season so far.
Last week with Rick's flash forwards/visions.
The baby Gracie in last night's episode had a cuddly toy in her cot.
In Rick's flash forward/vision in last week's episode,older Judith was carrying the same cuddly toy.
Any significance as a lot of speculation now as to if the child in the flash forward is even Judith.Could be that Rick rescues the baby.
Scott Gimple says Rick's flash forwards/visions will make sènse as the season goes on.
I hate to admit as a die hard fan that I'm not enjoying season 8 yet.
Oh and I wish Morgan had killed Jared.
And what is it every season a different character decides they can't kill anymore.
Jesus acting like he actually is Jesus.Its so annoying!

I'm struggling to enjoy this season too. Neither dh nor I were that gripped by the last two episodes. I hope it hasn't lost its way as we've been fans since the start. I'm just not interested in a whole episode of gunfights

If you look back at the fights with the Governor they were fantastic.
This one was piss poor.
Not one bit of edge of seat action in either of this season's episodes.
I was so looking forward to season 8 too.
I hope it picks up Gimple and a lot of the cast have said it's the most action packed season ever.
Hopefully we won't be disappointed.
Morales coming back was a damp squib.
It wasn't like he was a massive character in season 1.
Or maybe because I knew beforehand I just wasn't surprised.
If you didn't know Morales was coming back was it a 'Wow' moment?

Morales coming back was good I remembered him straight away. It’s fab to see some of the original ‘family’

I really wish rick had just banished Shane rather than coral kill him and then he could of turned up out of the blue running with his own group and joined forces with rick to beat the shit out of Negan.

The gun fight was so shite and I thought bullets were scarce.

I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s always been a few okay episodes followed by a good one and that’s easier to accept when you’re watching as a box set

Shane returning would be awesome!
Although his death was still one of the shows greatest,most memorable moments.
It's a shame some of the stronger characters who have died as you suggest cushion covers were not banished or went missing.
Although their deaths all changed the story arc for the show.
Imagine the wow factor if Shane,Merle,The Governor or Gareth(Terminus) returned to the show even if just a few episodes.
We always have Heath's return to look forward too (sigh)

It’s a shame it couldn’t be shame in the crossover, that would be cool but it would be one that would be pretty hard to do as we know he was “looking after Lori” the whole time Rick was in hospital and then with her for the outbreak and FTWD is I’m California.

I think also that may rule out a lot of the original group. Someone needs to have traveled quite far for this crossover and post outbreak but near the beginning of the out break. Sort of leaves me thinking it will be a FTWD character in the twd. Although there are still lots of main characters that we prob don’t know much about where they come from in TWD.

Sources are saying it's Abraham that will be in Fear.
Obviously his time before he joined Rick's group.
Which will be great for fear as it needs something to draw in more fans.
There's speculation it will be Alicia joining Twd.
But that is only speculation.
Spoiler sources are almost certain it will be Abe.

Yes me too I loved both characters for different reasons.
I think Merle was king of the one liners before Abe came along.
I have to say Abe is one of my favourite characters ever.
