Fuck me. TiVo was clearly designed by apprentice candidates. It says on the screen there's a problem withnthevsignal on this channel & to ring this number. Usual farting around because their automated system is shit. Finally gives up & puts you through to a different automated system 'We are closed. We can help you at 8am'.

My sky box died so I switched to TiVo. I have to say that sky box was so much easier to use and quicker to get going! I miss it already.
