Optimist, i dont think that Kaff is all the ticket you know - all those years pretending to be dead and living with orrible Gavin has mushed her brain, not to mention being murdering Ben's muvver. enough to make anyone a bit odd! she did look well though - must have been on holiday in real life.
Stacey, in real life, got married in Spain and there was pic on OK mag ( or one of them sort of mags) with her and Jane ( i was in a queue in the supermarket and noticed it on the shelf) they all looked lovely, i must admit. still wasnt tempted to buy it though!

Lots of them must have been on holidays or maybe at Stacey's real life wedding. I noticed a few of them are very tanned not the usual fake tan

I wonder if they go on a winter holiday in real life, are they told not to overdo the sun as they were meant to have been in Cornwall in the soap. I guess makeup could make them paler if necessary though they don't seem to care much about things like that. It is like they know that everyone knows it is just tv so they don't have to have any real continuity any more.

yes I notice the nice tans! At least Kathy Beale has come back from holiday in the storyline. I always assume that the actors have nice winter holidays from time to time since they can probably happily afford it. It must be quite a nice life being a soap actor (though wouldn't fancy being recognised in the street) and also, some of the lines / stories would be too cringey for moi!

I dont think i could handle fame that well - the abuse they must get on the internet and in the street must be full on sometimes - especially if your playing a baddie! Plus all those horrible pictures of you not looking your best putting out the bins or whatever. No, the money must be nice, but it must have a few down sides to being 'famous', especially if you want to just lead a normal life.
Its not relevant to here, but caught a glimpse of the Scum today with a mock up of Wayne Rooney in a high vis and with a broom ' Wayne Broomy' was the headline. i just thought that was funny.
( not funny that he was caught drinking and driving though of course)

To be fair on Ian, maybe he thought it was like when someone's goldfish dies and they are on holiday. You don't tell them. And you sneakily buy a replacement.

dull as dishwater for me tonight. fast-forwarded the marriage therapy scene, it might have been good but I just don't want to hear about it anymore: NO-ONE CARES ANYMORE ABOUT YOUR MARRIAGE LINDA and (FORGETS NAME)! fast-forwarded the angsty hospital scenes too. that left me with only a couple of scenes, and wondering why "Ben" looks so thin - the actor's lost a lot of weight. slim pickings.

oh and the teacher-schoolgirl story i find distasteful, so had to fast-forward that too.
