Best thing that could happen to this train wreck of a show is a giant tsunami up Thames that wipes them all away. No emergency services on hand as they all exhausted after recent EE disasters.
Or an alien spaceship descends on the Square and abducts them all for experiments. They discover Earthings are an inferior life form and decide not to bother coming again.
All I care about is what's happened to Bronson - he's been gone a long time. Will he have a new head when he comes back?

Martin shoves a policeman in an intense and chaotic situation - JAIL.

Ted Joyce shoots someone - BACK HOME AND VISITING HIM IN HOSPITAL.

And Ian, yes, he did say he's dreading telling Jane about Steven. But he doesnt look too upset about it - he's more upset about Jane. And in any case, why would Jane be particularly worried that Steven is dead, given their history?!

Finally, how did Jane make the link between Max and all the stuff that's going on? I know she spoke to him before the explosion, but I must have missed some of that??

Why is Lauren living at Abi's? She has a home at Ian and Jane's. When Abi told her to have a shower and brush her teeth I thought, "oh, she'll probably go home now", but no, still at Abi's, even though Abi hates her and wishes her dead.Confused

The Spam couple give me the creeps. Spam man is always shouting and Spam woman looks like a ventriloquist when she talks. Barely opens her mouth.

And yes the de-fib scene with Kim and Honey was awful. Seriously unfunny.

yes, why is Lauren there and not at Ian;s with her child? Abi shares with 3 other people, surely they would suggest she go home? its not as if she really loved steven anyway and she thought he was dying - i cant see the logic. She knows that Abi hates her, yet she carries on staying with her.
She did change out of the deckchair dress after her shower - i forgot that bit. i must try and keep up.

Bronson will come back with a new head! how funny. maybe the new producer will actually give him a bit more to do ( if they find him)

No score sheets yet - but i am thinking of writing ' Eastenders! the musical' with a lot of help from you lot , of course. trouble is, it will probably end up more Acorn Antiques and i;ll be done for plagiarism from Victoria wood's estate.
I can just see Dot in an overall dishing out tea. She seemed very keen in her new role as cafe owner on monday. Kaff isnt aware of whats been going on either!

There is no way mrs spam would be on bail for...what did she get arrested for...attempted murder? Possession of a firearm? And now she's on course for perverting the course of justice. That would be a custodial sentence for both of them.

i think that the police were so busy sorting out Martin and his pretty low level crime of pushing a PC ( which is bad) that they forgot about Jean and Ted and the whole shooting thing, which was even worse!

She is a strange woman that Jean - she is obviously protecting Mr Spam from something that happened to him , but why she is wandering around is a mystery when she should be locked up at least? makes no sense to anyone. Apart from Sean, he knows ..

I came on to say what someone else has just said. Surely owning a handgun is illegal, never mind shooting it. And don't they do tests and can figure out who held it and used it?
Jane figured out about Max and Steven when she found the phone and then Steven confirmed it to her in the restaurant. He said something along the lines of 'Of course Max hates you, you had him sent to jail for Lucy's murder' or words to that effect.
Lauren can't go home because there isn't anyone else in her house. Kaffy went on her emergency holiday, Jane and Ian are st the hospital and Steven is dead. How can they film her if she is alone in her house without anyone to tell us stupid viewers after we see her drink straight vodka that she is drinking again! Though why she doesn't stay with Jack or Dot is beyond me or why she wouldn't go back to stay with Tanya again.

Lauren just looks like she is going through the motions now. At least Abi is showing some emotions.
I forgot about Stevens chat in the burning building with Jane - Ian only has the cafe left now - his empire has all but gone.

Yes. Both would have been hauled into the police station had their clothes seized and they would have had swabs taken, hair clippings taken etc to find out about gun powder residue etc. But we all know that ee lives its life as a rebel at 90mph on the highway and sticks both fingers up to any sort of real life images. I mean...for it to resemble any sort of realism is asking waaaaay too much Confused

Oh yes, meant to add. Abi did day to lauren last night that she should go home. But lauren said no, she couldn't go back there alone with all the reminders and being in her and Steven's bed.

But that doesn't explain why she can't live with Dot or Max or Jack

She is a bit dim, she wouldnt even twig that this was an odd set up, not to mention the fact he is meant to be Carmel's boyfriend! I bet she would know how to work fi's coffee machine though. who is looking after Louis? i do worry about these kids on the square, they are carted around and dropped off anywhere or left home alone.. its not on.

Louis is at Jack's. You'd have thought it would make sense for Lauren to be there too - not only is Jack her uncle but he recently lost his wife so could relate to her, there's 2 fully functioning adults there to look after her, one of who's job is to be around all day looking after little people. At Abi's everyone goes out to work & leaves her to fend for herself in a house full of alcohol. I guess Ricky & Amy must be back at school now so the nanny could spend all day looking after Lauren & Louis. I still can't figure out why Max turned up to see Lauren when Abi said she was going to call him to look after Louis.
