Oh wow, if Simon's dad was also Pete Beale (and not Brian Wicks), then Bex is Steven's great-niece. Front row seats at the funeral for Sonia and Bex.

I wonder if Cindy Jr will come back for her half-brother's funeral. She probably won't even be mentioned!

Bex & Ian aren't blood relations on the Wicks side though are they? David (Beale/Wicks) is Bianca's dad, not Sonia's. So Bianca is Steven's cousin.

Bex is blood related to Ian through Martin though. Ian & Martin are cousins, so Ian is also Bex's cousin once removed, or whatever your parent's cousin is called.

Ah, OK if Pete was Simon's dad (though I was sure Paattt confirmed it was Brian Wicks back on the day), then Simon is also Martin's cousin through Pete, making Bex and Steven second cousins.

As in, Pete Beale was the father of Ian Beale, David Wicks, and possibly Simon Wicks.

The Martin element makes it even better.

Omg I forgot cindy Jr had a baby. Steven never even had a scene with his half sister. There would've been some good stories with them two. I think they've been really really stupid to have killed him off. He had a lot of potential.
