Jane does need to LTB (leave the Beale). I'm guessing Bobby will come back rehabilitated, but in a few years he'll become crazy again and they'll miss giant red flags with bells on because EE characters never learn.

Well ... I'm back watching Eastenders as there have been some good storylines, and acting, who'dhavethought! The Steven storyline dragged for a bit, then got very good. I think the woman who plays "Abi2 is a very good actress - gets across just the right balanced of unhinged girly sweetness and sullen manipulation! 50 years down the line the two sisters could play a WhateverHappenedToBabyJane scene!

The Linda and Danny Dyer husband-wife storyline got dragged out far too long, just constant repeats how they were a great team and always meant to be together since they were teenagers and he was the only one for him and yada-bleedin-yada, pack-it-in-will-ya! I'm not sure Danny Dyer is such a good actor either for the emotional scenes - there is very little animation - to represent emotional heartbreak there's just little brown eyes staring !

I know I'm the only one here but I didn't like the Bernadette miscarriage scene - I felt it was maudlin and inappropriate for a 7.30 soap.

I might not watch for a while though, as there's going to be lots of hospital scenes Zzzzzzz esp involving Johnny. But then I won't see what happens to Jane!

I'll miss Kim though - Denise's humourous sister! Always brings a smile to my face. Kush, I'm afraid, another Zzzzz....

Abi got a pretty hilarious severe head-donking and definitely concussion at the very least, but didn't appear to receive any sort of treatment for it, which I thought was a tad odd.

I was also thinking that even if the entire restaurant goes up in flames, the indestructible kitchen door will surely remain. It must have been stolen from NASA, given how it manage to completely hold back the inferno and maintain a smoke-free zone in the kitchen.

Oh yeah, they can bring back Peter now. He'll need a new head unfortunately but there's room for him again.

Just thinking about who currently on the square is related to Steven. Sonia actually is some sort of half-cousin - via Bianca > David Wicks > Simon Wicks > Steven. Maybe.

David wicks was in EE as recently as when Lucy died. He even helped Max get rid off cctv footage of him and Lucy at the car lot because of his love for Carol 🙊. He'd have a lot to say/do if he found out Max killed his nephew...but atm shitstenders won't go that deep into things. with Steven's death, it'll be a chance for us to learn about the riveting process of how a funeral is arranged.

I suppose the only silver lining is Billy will get some work out of it.

He's suspiciously arranged quite a few funerals since working there 🤔...!

David Wicks's dad was Pete Beale, Ian's dad, is that right? And Simon Wicks is his half brother, spawn of Paaaattt.

So Ian is Bex's Great Half-Uncle and Bex is the great-granddaughter of Ian's dad.

Liney, i am at a loss with it all sometimes! I did read up about Simon Wicks ( Wicksy) and there was a big kurfuffle about who his dad actually was - was it Pete Beale or another Wicks - wiki said ' it was left open ' so they didnt have DNA in the late 80s i assume and nobody then bothered to really find out.

I am shocked that Cindy hasnt come back from the dead, she died off screen, so you never know ( when they run out of stories)
