Just caught up, I predicted the Max and Faith reveal almost exactly on the last thread, right down to the luxury pad with the shiny surfaces. Only didn't predict the "death in Venice" music, I like Max but he is no Dirk Bogart!

I really feel that the poor new guy really has his work cut out for him trying to sort out all the cobblers he's been left with, the square redevelopment, Max and mr big, mock and L and the big secret, the Taylor's, nuchelle and her dodgy bloke etc etc. Also agree with pp re Lisa and the hotel she wrote down - very Sean and his lovely way of spelling things out for us simpletons Hmm

Lisa was actually quite scary and also agree that Bex will borrow the supersonia cape and save the day (she will surely have inherited her mothers superpowers). The poa thing presumably is another public service announcement from Sean - I'm guessing Ted and his wife will be swindled out of their cash by their son (who they never see). Seems like something nasty nick would have done so can't see Dot letting Sonia talk her into that somehow. Hope not at least.

I'm seeing Bex rushing to (another) cliff top where a deranged Lisa and an abducted Louise are hanging.. Sonia will calmly administer first aid and lecture on the dangers of clifftops.

sonia and her sidekick Bex will save the day for them all -' to the Sonia mobile Bex, walford's crimes are getting out of hand'- cue a camera to Dot's old car..

they will stop the bulldozers knocking down the stalls and the Vic. the big Aldi will not be built.
They will find out Ted's son is ( probably) a small time crook and stop them and Dot becoming homeless and penniless.
They will heal Louise's scars.
They will get Lisa the help she needs to move on from her terrible life
they will have the bullies put away - forever ( or whatever borstal is called now)
They will arrange a new villa for Vincent in Spain and stand teary eyed as they all jet off together for a holiday in the sun from Southend.
They will be victorious!
( Sonia first aid kits, available from all good pharmacies )

The 80s - and no doubt deliver Stacey and the Taylor kid's babies whilst simultaneously handcuffing max and mr big Grin if that could happen whilst evil Steven and evil Abbie ride off into the sunset so much the better.

Also didn't we suspect fi had some connection with the fella from blue who came to work in the pub, and if so maybe that will be the secret that L is hiding that she has been kept prisoner at her mums whilst fi, Max and mr big takeover the vic? Perhaps Whitney was in on it too, deliberately leading mock astray to drive him crazy, and leave him vulnerable, she has also conveniently been forgotten hasn't she?

Twitney - hmm, i wonder if she will make a comeback?
Lee ryan's character was popular apparently, so i doubt its the last we;ve seen of him.
i like the idea of Elaine being in cahoots with Big, Max and Fiona - a devious foursome. Maybe they are blackmailing linda or something ? cant think why, but hey, thats never stopped them making stuff up has it?

Why did the old wild west films have people asking others for hot water and towels when babies were being born? ( why am i thinking about this?)
i dont recall either being anywhere near me when i had my two.
just a stressed out overworked midwife and a disappearing husband ( he couldnt take the pain!)
super sonia would have sorted me out. she is omnipresent.

Think we're totally on the money with the hotel name and Bex prediction - didn't see that happening so quickly but maybe that is the new guys influence starting to come in? Bex had a 'look' on her face when Lisa was mumbling so I reckon she'll be on to her super quick!

I only mentioned twitney yesterday! Did I make that happen? Confused

No, The80s - Super Son had quite a conversation with Lisa and didn't seem to clock that all was not well!

So if Whit is getting married I have some questions - has the divorce from Lee even started yet? - why on earth has she come back to Walford? (Have to admit to reading who her fiance is, but will not mention it here).

I was shouting at Sharon tonight, why didn't she notice that Lisa is clearly unwell? She's just nodding along as Lisa does her Jean Slater impression. Apart from the Stacey storyline, 'stenders is really bad at portraying mental illness these days, bordering on offensively so. The Joe Wicks storyline was done so much better in the 90s.

I was hoping Abbie would see the scan at Steven and Lauren's tonight and ask why they had a scan of a dog's head.
