It's on next Monday and Tuesday.

Can anyone remember when the last one was on as it seems like years? They are all teenagers now. Shock

OP posts:

Yes she got 2 a*s, 2 bs, the rest A's

LynetteScavo · 05/04/2017 18:54

Thank you.

I'm so pleased for her Smile

Floggingmolly · 05/04/2017 19:06

Poor Charlie is all set to live her mum's life all over again Sad

Mrsknackered · 05/04/2017 19:33

Floggingmolly I'll probably be heavily disagreed with but I don't look at Charlie's mum and feel sorry for her.
I think it started off tough - 3 small children at a young age - but she found a loving partner, who also took on Charlie (didn't work out in the end, but a lot of them didn't, no matter what their circumstances) and she got through college, uni and now has a well respected career.
She probably doesn't want Charlie to go down that route, no, but if she was my mum, I would be ultra proud.

DontCallMeBaby · 05/04/2017 20:27

Mrsknackered I don't disagree at all. Charlie's might get pregnant young, she might not - if she does, what she'll have going for her is a mum who knows that's not the end of the world, nor is it an excuse to do nothing with your life.

Groovee · 05/04/2017 20:40

My niece was born to her teenage mum when her mum had just turned 16. She was 31 before she had a baby. My niece had a few relationships before she settled down and is an amazing mum. Her younger sister who was born a number of years later was a teenage mum.

Floggingmolly · 05/04/2017 20:41

I don't necessarily disagree with what you've said either, knackered.
Charlie may turn out absolutely fine, but it seems like she'll do it the hard way.

JustDanceAddict · 05/04/2017 21:32

Is 7Up still going? I remember watching it at school. I'm sure there was a prog not so many years ago.

Beebeeeight · 05/04/2017 22:17

7up is due back in 2 years!

AllllGooone · 05/04/2017 22:20

mrsknackered

Couldn't agree more.

NormaSmuff · 06/04/2017 07:40

I realy didnt want to see the disharmony in Rhianna's parents lives. I remember it previously and didnt want to see it again.
surprising story with the scottish boy whose dad is gay. They are doing their best by still living together but still

Lapinlapin · 06/04/2017 07:53

I thought Nathan's situation was very unusual, with his parents still living together despite being separated. I initially wondered how it must affect him. But as soon as they showed Nathan I was really impressed. I think his parents have done an amazing job. Nathan seemed so lovely - mature and funny and clearly has a great relationship with his Dad.

HeyRoly · 06/04/2017 10:08

I thought the set up was bizarre too, but I guess it works for them. Did he say he was gay in a previous episode? First I was surprised but then I had a vague recollection of him coming out (on the show that is) years ago.

LorraLorraLlama · 06/04/2017 18:49

LorraLorraLlama · 06/04/2017 20:32

Not in Wales onky Mindays episode Sad. Perhaps it will be on next Monday here.

rollonthesummer · 07/04/2017 04:45

I didn't catch it-was the little boy from the South east featured-Talisien?

Beebeeeight · 07/04/2017 06:15

Yes taliesin was in it.

He was the example of dcs now who are on online gaming for hours a day.

Still a nice boy though.

llhj · 08/04/2017 19:05

I was bawling by the end. What a lovely bunch of young people. The speed of kids growing up and the transitory nature of their childhoods just touches you massively.

friendlyflicka · 08/04/2017 20:50

I really loved them all. I found Rebecca and the Het and the triplets so utterly lovely.

LIZS · 08/04/2017 21:11

There were some we barely saw like William ( I think) who was a promising tennis junior but suddenly gave it up at the previous visit. He was in some of the general shots though. Might have been interesting to explore conflict with parents , their expectations and contrary behaviour, typical of younger teens.

friendlyflicka · 08/04/2017 21:28

I know I should want them to explore things in greater depth but I was just so pleased to see them all again. I love Charley's Mum as well, and Megan and her parents. I loved them all. Felt a bit like family!

Splinters6 · 08/04/2017 21:50

William was the vet's son and what I found fascinating what no so much watching him but watching how his mother had evolved from being so painfully shy that she was virtually mute to bring more confident and assertive. In the last update you could tell the dad was a bit unsure of it all as suddenly his wife had found her voice and was declaring that she was more than 'just' his wife and 'just' their mother.

I remember the little girl whose parents split up very early. I think she dropped out. There was the boy from NI, was he featured? And the opera singing mum.

friendlyflicka · 08/04/2017 22:13

Yeah, who was the child of the opera singing Mum?

friendlyflicka · 08/04/2017 22:13

Is there somewhere you can view all the earlier series? I would love to watch them again
