Is anyone watching?
The mother in law is still weird!

OP posts:
MiniCooperLover · 10/11/2016 11:26

The desperation about wanting to get married is a little sad to be honest. Why doesn't she just relax and enjoy being together?

Beaniebeemer · 10/11/2016 13:10

He doesn't seem overly interested in her tbh. I think maybe he just likes the lifestyle. I looked up the brand of tshirt she was looking to buy him (never heard of it) and the trainers that said brand sell are £400! Shock I'm not convinced the relationship will last.

MitzyLefrouf · 10/11/2016 13:12

Well he did say that food is his life, and she provides the food!

Bertucci · 10/11/2016 21:07

We have just watched the latest episode.

It's all so dysfunctional! Sam and Fat Paul are just not suited. Her sister's partner is a dick. Sam and her sister and their mum are such simpletons - sweet but there's absolutely nothing going on in there!

I was horrified at the dolphin footage and saddened that the opprobrium she received on social media went straight over her empty head.

mellowyellow1 · 10/11/2016 21:12

Her sisters partner is even worse he makes big Paul look good!

MiniCooperLover · 11/11/2016 07:11

I used to think Greg was a good bloke from the rare appearances he made on TOWIE, but listening to Billie now he's a muppet. She's talked a lot more in this series about what he doesn't do at home and Sam said 'oh that's just Greg' when they talked about his pool behaviour. Ugh.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 11/11/2016 14:01

Just caught up- Greg was AWFULShock

Sam did well to leave them to it.

Tell me it wasn't just me who got twitchy about the baby going over the side of the boat when Sam was paddle boarding!!

OhFuds · 11/11/2016 14:05

No, I thought the same too but he's been at swimming lessons since 6 week's so I'm sure he would've fell in, swam to his mum and showed her how to paddle boat Grin

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 11/11/2016 14:11

I couldn't believe Big Pawl didn't even have a hand on him at all times, baby Pawl was very nearly crawling age.

I liked the was Sam gave baby Pawl a bit of lemon tartGrin

She hasn't really grasped the whole dolphin / cruelty thing, bless her - ' but they have a big swimming pool'Confused

HmmGrin

They are SO desperate to move away, aren't they?!

OhFuds · 11/11/2016 18:19

As soon as I heard "Sam faces backlash on social media" I knew it was going to be about the dolphin swim! I'm going to check her instagram to see if it's been mentioned again.

Baby Paul faceplanted the floor last week when Sam took her eyes off him for a second, he could've easily fell over and flopped in the water. Things like that happen so fast. all 4 of my DC's have fell off the bed

OneInAMillionYou · 11/11/2016 20:04

I was also v anxious about the boat! The baby didn't even have a life protector on and was SO close to the water

I find the programme so incredibly sad for young women. It's as if feminism never happened. The conversations are SO banal yet they seem utterly unaware of how stupid they look!

Bertucci · 11/11/2016 20:26

I was having a FIT at the boat scenes. I was so uncomfortable. They are devoted, but utterly feckless parents.

We have spent a lot of holiday time on boats with our children and even when they were excellent swimmers - we would never have been so reckless.

JanetStWalker · 11/11/2016 21:10

I'm so glad she didn't have a baby Paula. The Faiers women are such horridly archaic role models that the thought of them raising a girl to strive for nothing other than being pwetty enough to snag a man and reproduce at the earliest convenience, makes me want to weep.

It's as if the last 50 years never happened.

JanetStWalker · 11/11/2016 21:19

On the other hand part of me envies the apparent easy bliss that their beaming, shiny skinned ignorance affords them.

I fucking hate how much this show bothers me Blush

Beaniebeemer · 11/11/2016 21:26

I totally agree with you **Janet

Bertucci · 11/11/2016 21:44

Ignorance IS bliss. They are the living proof.

Beaniebeemer · 11/11/2016 21:57

I really envy them tbh! I'd love to be that ignorant to everything!

JanetStWalker · 12/11/2016 02:00

Glad it's not just me Grin

OhFuds · 16/11/2016 23:09

The best bit of the season, when Sam's mum said "oh you two aren't snogging again, are you's" Grin

MaryPoppinsPenguins · 17/11/2016 08:41

This show is so bizarre..Why does Gaynor go everywhere with Sam? Adjusting her top when she was breastfeeding was really creepy...

Beaniebeemer · 17/11/2016 21:23

£211 for a baby coat Shock

Cherrypie32 · 17/11/2016 23:37

Their house has so little furniture and stuff, it's DH's dream to live like that, shit free.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 18/11/2016 08:22

Does it? What furniture is it 'missing?'

She seems desperate to move away from her family, first Surrey now LA,anywhere as long as it's not Essex.

dataandspot · 18/11/2016 11:09

Beanie

And for a coat that was obviously too small!

Beaniebeemer · 18/11/2016 11:23

Did she actually put her house on the market? Has anyone got a link to the Rightmove listing?
