The mother in law is still weird!

Just caught up. She seems very stepford wifey, and the way she was talking while they had the manicure about 'Samanfa Knightly sounds nice' in that baby voice while 'big Paul' ignored her was very odd. I watched TOWIE and she seems to have had a total personality transplant.

The MIL is so intense and creepy, 'baby Paul is my best friend'? Really off putting.

Reminds me a tiny bit of me when I had my first. Totally obsessed and taken over by being a mother, left my whole personality behind and concentrated on doing it perfectly. I was also incredibly judgemental of other mothers.

I was only 17 and trying to over compensate for other failures in my life and ignore everything else that wasn't perfect.

Anyhow I can share how unhappy I was ultimately. Mothering was the only thing I was doing well. I had nothing else of worth.

13 years on, my last baby is nearly 1 and I am so much more chilled out and happier. I don't parent perfectly. I am easy on myself and often take the easy option.
I feel sorry for Sam and all that pressure she is putting on herself.

But then at the same time I think why should we judge her and put her down, maybe she's just found something that makes her super happy and why shouldn't she be honest and celebrate that she is good at it.

Her boyfriend is like a less charming Frank Spencer.

So, so weird.

Yep! Well caught a bit and am turning in because my post night shift rage is starting about the amount of times I hear 'baby paul' dp recommended turning it off !

The constant inane grinning is really annoying. Creepy mil is there again, she comes across so odd

Yeah Baby Paul and Big Paul is wearing thin!

Sam and Paul are simple.

The mother in law really freaks me out (and I love my own mother in law, I'm not against them all!). The expression on her face when she talks about 'Baby Paul' is scary.

'Big Paul' is a man child. And a bit of a nob. I'm concerned the move to Surrey is his idea/influenced by him to get her away from her family and friends

I do like watching someone enjoying their life though so I can't criticise her for that.

Bloody hell those clothes baby Paul is modelling are awful......and the glasses??!

She's a nightmare mil, she's coming across as quite controlling

I can't believe sam said she prefers him in his own baby clothes when hes modelling for a clothes brand. Wonder if they will use him again!

The mil is way to involved.

You can tell Sam's mum doesn't like Gaynor.

It's probably best if 'Big Paul's' mum doesn't become her MIL, I think she would act even worse.

Sams family don't call him baby Paul much it's more ' the baby'

Anyone else notice how bland their house is? Everything white, cream or beige. I really want to go round there with a tin of brightly coloured paint!!

And the baby is only dressed in white. It's a very bland world chez Sam and Paul(s).

Yes the house is bland, I do love her couch tho.

The BBQ looked shit and it was so obvious Sams family do not like Paul or Gaynor.

She's like a stepford wife... I can't believe how chilled out she is about the way Gaynor behaves...

She's desperate to please Paul and desperate for his approval. So she's desperately looking for MIL's approval too.

I want to know how she's acquired so much money!!
