The Fall is back on RTE 1 in Sunday at 9.30
Jamie Dornan survives I think.
Looking forward to it.

Will Gillian Anderson still be wearing those lush silk blouses?
Anyone know where they are from?

Because he (allegedly) thinks he's not been born yet?

Luckystar1 · 08/10/2016 07:43

I'm just glad that I've been able to pee at night in my own so far this series...

atomicpanda · 08/10/2016 12:15

Ah of course he's lost 10 years.

Optimist1 · 08/10/2016 13:52

Can someone remind me about Stella's diary? When Spector was hiding in her hotel room he read her diary, right? Did he steal it? (I'm wondering whether it would be found and brought into the evidence in any way.)

Can't believe that he's still not handcuffed!

And what's with the female solicitor on his team? Do we know anything about her thus far?

Questions, questions ... Smile

OlennasWimple · 08/10/2016 16:08

I don't think he stole the diary - she hasn't reacting to it missing, has she?

Yy to the lack of handcuffs!

I think the solicitor is a new character, but also his type... A bit of quick googling suggests that the actress hasn't been in previous series, so there's no apparent back story like her being someone he previously targetted but didn't follow through

EmilyDickinson · 08/10/2016 18:33

I'm not sure if I'm remembering correctly, but didn't Spector read and then write in Stella's diary. I got the impression that the diary was very private so that Spector having read it potentially gave him power over her as in a knowledge of her private thoughts. I think I remember wondering whether she revealed what he'd done to the investigation as it could be useful but would also be very revealing / damaging to her to have the diary's contents known by other people. Wasn't there some suggestion that Stella's relationship with her father was a bit odd?

Looking forward to tonight's episode. I hope it will be a less slow tonight.

Foxes you could do me a favour - just tell me if its worth watching ? Grin

FoxesOnSocks · 09/10/2016 23:35

Yes it is.

Though might be worth noting I've not found 1&2 slow, nor is Gillian voice annoying me, or any other complaints seen above!

OlennasWimple · 10/10/2016 01:22

I was trying to remember whether the first two series felt slow, or whether it's because over the last few years everything has got so fast (I recently binge watched True Blood, and the early episodes were much more measured than the latter ones, for example). I guess there hasn't been the tension of the attacks to break up the first two episodes this time (Katie's lemon juice doesn't come close for me!)

VashtaNerada · 10/10/2016 06:39

So does that mean that those of you finding it slow basically want a bit more murder?! Grin

That nurse really annoys me.
Hard to discuss as I don't want to spoil it for BBC viewers.
