How DULL is this? Honestly there's build up and there's build up but it seems so dull and boring. Not even a sniff that it's a crime drama really. If it doesn't start ramping up or moving a bit quicker I can see me losing interest toute suite.

only just discovered this series but am really enjoying it. Acting is excellent, storyline excellent. Also enjoying an excuse to watch Colin Morgan as hot detective :-) :-). I recognise beardy detective, wasn't he the unreliable cheating boyfriend of Gwyneth Paltrow's character in Sliding Doors many moons ago (before he had facial fuzz)?
