Really annoys me that they are given a task, but insufficient time to do it properly.

Jeez, can't they leave the verbs alone? I'm still not very happy with "bakes" as a noun, but I was starting to get used to it. But "eat"? Nooooo

Yes I hate too that so many of the tasks are just time-pressure tests, and not really how well they can bake.

or mind-reading tests, when they want a particular sort of bread/biscuit etc, and if they choose the right one, they do well.

or is it ratcheted up each year, so they try more and more complicated stuff, rather than do something well?

Oh dear - some bad results there!

They all look delicious., and I'd eat them all - even the raw ones.

But they should have twigged that the 2.5hrs was a but tricky.
