I used to like watching Roddick play. I always wanted him to win Wimbledon. He cared so much about it.

It's one of my biggest regrets in life that I didn't see that match, as it was played on a Monday and there was no highlights show .

When I tell you that I also fancied Pat Rafter, Pat Cash, Goran Ivansevic and Andre Agassi in his early twenties, Jim Courier seems even more incongruous. I was only 13 and 14, but still!

I used to fancy the socks off Agassi back in the day. Especially when he was dating Brooke Shields. She and I have the same birthday but I'm younger so I felt a weird sort of affinity for their relationship.

My real love is reserved for NHL players though not tennis blokes.

I'd forgotten about Agassi and Brooke. We're they married or just dating? I know nothing about NHL so can't comment but I'm sure you have impeccable taste Hearts :)
