I think you've ruined him forever for me 😔

Did anyone else think we were going to get the full frontal shot that pixie mentioned in ep 4 just before Charlie burst in? I (almost) didn't know where to put my eyes 😉

Drywhitethanks · 02/05/2016 16:39

I did Hiphop almost screamed "bloody hell she was right"!! Wonder how many times they had to shoot that to make sure the chair covered Jamie's modesty Grin really wouldn't have been nice.

What on earth does Loiuse seein Charles the nitwit? Her husband had a terrible French accent as did one of the villains who attacked what's her name.

Can we stop with Henry/Jamie it's getting upsetting Grin

Yes, Charles is a nicompoop. I think Louise is brill though, I love how she talks.

Only just realised where I recognise Raymond from as well. I'm sure he was in 'Amélie'.

AKAmyself · 02/05/2016 19:05

Guys I think I'm getting too emotionally invested in this whole thing. I woke up at 3 am all agitated because ... Jamie & Claire and all this mess. LOL.

The Comte is verrah dishy, but he's not Jamie. And luckily for me I've never watched Eastenders :)

This GIF cracked me up

Outlander Season 2

I loved the first half of the episode. I got very, very annoyed with Claire for stopping Jamie just as he was about to take his shirt off with her pesky objections to his love- bitten thighs... And then again for her "never mind what you're going through, I'm PREGNANT!" speech. And then again for her veeeeery slow saunter through Paris while horribly late for her own schemey dinner party.

Agree the sexy evil count is great, although Jamie always comes first.

Looking at the episode titles I reckon they go back to Scotland in ep 7 or 8.

AKAmyself · 02/05/2016 19:57

I'd have totally nibbled on Jamie's thighs, js. Though I still think Claire let him off relatively easy, because, just how do you get into a situation of having your thighs nibbled without, ahem, actually doing anything? On a serious note - it is quite beautiful how they have the sort of relationship where they can talk about it and where Jamie can admit to being "almost" unfaithful and yet completely, utterly in love with his wife (which I think is never in doubt). There was a lovely moment in the altogether lovely daybed scene where Jamie looks at Claire and smiles, and it was a trace of the old, mischievous and "young" Jamie, and it was so nice to see.

I didn't get annoyed at Claire for her speech, but I do find her medical exploits increasingly boring. And I'm humiliated on Murtagh's behalf for having been reduced to escorting her through Paris.

So, yes, back to Scotland asap, please!

Drywhitethanks · 02/05/2016 20:14

I like Jamie's honesty. Most people would have tried to lie they way out of that one how? he just couldn't help telling the truth and then making it worse and worse. I love that and his quizzical look too when something twigs, SH is brilliant at that.

Perhaps he was wearing his kilt to ME and th woman nipped under the table to have a nibble Grin

AKA I was having sleepless nights too during season one before I received my reassuring PMs from very kind people on hereGrin and why I had to watch 'Being Human' to take my mind off it Hmm

And prepare yourselves for a HUGE treat

What treat??

Jane054848 · 02/05/2016 20:55

AKA, I agree that it was a lovely example of their connection that she was prepared to accept his rather dubious explanation for the time being...

Drywhitethanks · 02/05/2016 21:02

Damn Jane didn't the link work?

Jane054848 · 02/05/2016 21:15

Oh sorry. I'm stupid. That was great! What a picture. Live the interview too - most of which is about farting.

Drywhitethanks · 02/05/2016 21:31

I know, really? Shock

Anyone else feel there needs to be a drinking game for every time Charles says "mark me"? That might make it slightly less annoying!

cardoon · 03/05/2016 08:18

Grin Dry that interview with Captain Kirk was hilarious
