Yes there is something quite cult-leader like about her. She is not listening whilst her ship sinks around her.

It is so unsettling to see "forgiveness and compassion" used in such a passive aggressive way.

Gosh. I'm quite taken aback. I thought the issue was that she was good at intervention and hopeless at scaling up and running an enterprise and they were a victim of their success. But this looks more as though she's delusional.

Thing is if she had let them restructure then it would probably have survived. Sadly a massive ego got in the way.
