You're definitely not allowed lifts in a rumba on SCD.
American Smooth, Salsa, Charleston, Argentine Tango, Showdance and swing/rock&roll (if they do that) are the lift dances. Have I forgotten any?

Any other dances you should in theory get docked a point for a rules violation and that was a very blatant lift - not one of those where the woman is meant to sweep the floor with her toe but doesn't quite manage it, or an over enthusiastic "assisted jump".

Well that seals it for me. I bloody love Anton.

I thought he looked like he was shitting himself throughout the AT - he's never done it before. They both pulled it off well I think, but the judges comments clearly signposted that they're not long for this ballroom. They're definately not judges darlings. They could well be in the dance off.

Gleb and Anita undermarked again. I think Gleb's choreography is amazing week after week, though not sure why he put in the illegal lift.

I thought the music was much better this week. The dresses for the quickstep-a-thon were awful, Kellie looked dreadful in hers.
