Anita was the worst technically but sparkled in her presentation. Katie was the most elegant I have seen her and even looked much stronger technically then I've seen her before. I liked her foxtrot better than Georgia's.
I do feel sorry for Helen but she had disappointed me in the last couple of weeks.

The judges out Helen in the bottom two therefore they obviously did think she should be there but just not with someone better! Think before you speak Craig!

So looking forward to the disaster that's going to be Katie's Charleston next week, she really is beginning to grate on me - I love her when watching the Proms, but all this 'surprise' face.

Anita needs to be down there as well.

Nellie isn't a winner (neither of the three are really, let's face it).

Georgia must have been very unpopular with voters to end up in the bottom two after coming joint 2nd on the leaderboard. Which makes me think it's less likely she'll win.

I'm sad to see Helen go, I think she's a better dancer than Anita and Katie, but that Paso was not kind to her and the snarling was ridiculous.

What on earth is Craig on? 'The public did this' ?
He's managed to lie (Helen was in the bottom 2 of the leaderboard so according to the judges should have been in the DO), insult the public, and tell both contestants that they must be unpopular because the public haven't voted for them.

On general dance ability it shouldn't have been Helen or Georgia - IMO weakest dancers left are Anita (Len's lens really showed up her weaknesses and Gleb has had plenty of time to correct the pigeon toed thing - it keeps getting pointed out) and Katie - although Katie does manage to look elegant which Kellie never really achieves.

I like Georgia but she's been shackled to the 'little girl' role this year (someone always gets the 'princessy' fairy dresses and the twee girly outfits - it used to always be Vincent's partners) as far as strictly wardrobe are concerned petite = child. She is similar age to Jay, but they aren't dressing him up as a small boy/elf. Georgia's a grown woman, and her dance did her no favours at all - little girls don't vote.

I thought there would be a load of young girls voting for their princess last night. Obviously Strictly's audience caters to a bunch of wicked step mothers.

I think people may have thought Georgia was safe so so didn't vote for her. I think this was a blip.

I was really pleased for Kellie. But I've not heard comments on her age, have I missed that on the show?

Anita's footwork was really showed up on Len's Lens. I don't think she was particularly undermarked.

Has there been any reason give why Anita can't point her toes? I remember one of Brendan's partners ages ago having bad footwork and it came out halfway through that she that she had arthritic ankles. Alison thingy was also bad at pointing her feet and it was something to do with fallen arches. It's such a simple thing and it would make her look so much better if she could just point her feet.

In a way Strictly is slightly unfair on people who've had previous dance experience. They'll go a long way so have several weeks' bloody hard work, but the reality is that the public prefer people without previous experience, so the experienced dancers can't win. Still, I suppose they must go into it with their eyes open and should be aware of that.

I've just watched both shows back to back. Helen probably didn't deserve to be in the DO but she is so false and annoying that I didn't care.

Anton and the sister from Grimsby's show waltz was absolutely divine!

I think there should be a version of Strictly with pros and total and utter no-hopers who can't tell their left from their right. So that would include people like, um, me for example. And because I'm so useless I would have to have at least two pros working with me ...

Er, anyway - re tonight. Think Helen deserved to be in the DO on yesterday's performance but so should Anita have been. Did anyone see Joe Varney kiss Georgia when it was announced that were in the DO? He so likes her.

I noticed that Craig said the public put GG and H & A in the DO in a miffed way !!!! GOOD !!! As a PP said he shouldn't mark some people too low.

I think Katie and Anton have been very lucky not to have had a Latin dance for a while. They will do a shit Charleston next week and hopefully be gone, I cant believe they are still there actually. Anton will be unbearable if he reaches the final, cant abide the smug, toothy prick.
