...but how will we cope without Martin? Without his warmth and humour won't it be a bit bleak?

Virgin tivo people beware - they've cocked up the episode numbering in the schedule. I started watching episode "5" and got the last few mins of the 9pm episode, which included a big spoilery reveal, followed by tge announcer announcing the 10pm one. Angry When I checked in the TV schedule, ep"6" was at 9pm and "5" at 10pm. Fuckers. Off to watch is the correct order now.

Katiekatiekatiekay · 05/12/2015 22:31

Why is Linn being such a bitch ? What reason does she have Angry

RomComPhooey · 05/12/2015 22:44

I'm half way through the 9pm episode. There seems to be a horrible mothers/relative (PE teacher) riff in this series - perhaps more of a fucked up families vibe.

quirkychick · 05/12/2015 22:53

RomComPhooey (great name btw) that's rubbish!

Watching keenly for big reveal at the end, now...

Poor Saga.

quirkychick · 05/12/2015 22:59

Poor Henrik, too.

TwoDrifters · 05/12/2015 23:26

Was the "I-have-info-on-the-murders" text purely to get Saga to that cemetery alone so that she doesn't have an alibi for the time of her mother's suicide?

quirkychick · 05/12/2015 23:39

TwoDrifters, could be! Linn is really nasty. She accuses Saga of being insensitive but she puts her down publicly, so hardly sensitive herself. Henrik is right, Linn needs to pull the team together. I am a bit confused that the medical notes show no proof that Saga and Jennifer were mistreated yet both their parents were in prison?

ChippyOik · 05/12/2015 23:39

So who's the fake ID for?

ChippyOik · 05/12/2015 23:40

Good point quirkychick

expatinscotland · 06/12/2015 00:28

You gotta love Saga.

Deux · 06/12/2015 00:32

When Linn goes to the archive, the file she pulls out, did it read Marie-Louise Noren? Who's that?

ChippyOik · 06/12/2015 00:46

it must be her mother because her sister was called Jennifer.

NoahVale · 06/12/2015 09:04

what right does Saga's mum have to keep talking to Linn, and for Linn to take any notice of her.
I thought Saga's mum had been a police officer, then I read that both parents had been in prison,
Confused

aside from that, very enjoyable episodes, love The Bridge.

MeolsCop · 06/12/2015 09:47

I can't work out the significance of Rasmussen being brought in by the horrible Linn to talk to Saga's even-more-horrible mother. Wasn't he the idiot in the previous series - or maybe even the one before - who cocked things up by going off and meddling in the investigation off his own bat? I can't remember how but I'm sure it was him. Hence Saga's 'what's he doing here?’

He's out to get Saga somehow, at Linn's behest. She'll be suspended at some point, I'm sure (Saga, I mean).

RomComPhooey · 06/12/2015 10:32

What's Linn's beef with Saga? Is she one of Martin's old squeezes? Does she see Saga as a threat to her, promotion-wise? Envious of her policing effectiveness or Hans' obvious support for her? It doesn't make sense that she's so vindictive at the mo.

NoahVale · 06/12/2015 10:44

Perhaps it is to show that Hans may be let Saga have free reign, and she is trying to reign her in

Allofaflumble · 06/12/2015 10:50

Anyone else noticed Henrik's ever changing hair colour? I think that's because he is so blond and baby faced in reality. They must find the continuity of the hair dye difficult.
Think I'm in love with him. Smile

helzapoppin2 · 06/12/2015 15:01

allofa, I think he may have ginger hair. I notice that ginger haired actors sometimes dye their hair darker.
I'm flummoxed so far, with no clue about who is the killer!

PurpleDaisies · 06/12/2015 15:06

This is easily the best thing on tv at the moment. I wasn't sure it would survive the loss of Martin but Henrik is a really interesting replacement.

I have no idea who the killer is yet either. I really wish it was on net flicks so I could watch the rest of the episodes now...

gingercat12 · 06/12/2015 15:18

I wonder if Saga's mom's suicide will be investigated as a possible murder. IMHO she did commit suicide just to mess with Saga's head and prove that she drives her loved ones to suicide.

OP posts:
ChippyOik · 06/12/2015 20:19

yeh and to add weight to the slur against Saga, that she drove Jennifer to suicide

ChippyOik · 06/12/2015 20:21

Yes, Rasmus is going to be keen to find some dirt on Saga as she exposed his changing black jacket to blue jacket to cover up his going to a sustpect's house on his own (and then the suspect escaped and he kept quiet about it)

RomComPhooey · 06/12/2015 20:37

I'm watching last night's 2nd ep on catch up (fell asleep last night). Saga's Mum is a shitbag - she came out of the lift with demeanour of a pike or barracuda and the casual mention of a threat, implicating Saga Angry Fortunately, I've spoiled myself by reading posts this morning, so I know she'll be brown bread soon. Not flipping soon enough...

Elendon · 06/12/2015 20:41

I still think Henrik is creepy and the scene last night in his home with Saga was just bizarre.

I think Benjamin's mum is the killer. That photographer is meeting a gruesome end. Must have a look at the Art Gallery again to find out how she will be killed. Obviously, eyes, being the entrance to the soul, will feature.

Saga is all alone now. I wonder if she will meet up again with Martin.
