Coming late to this thread, the DCs and I are loving this show (they've watched last week's about 4 times).

I hope they fire those jugs, I'd really like to see them finished

Did anyone catch why the lady left at the beginning of the programme, I missed what they said?

I wanted to like this but the judges are totally unlikeable imho.

ILove, they said 'personal reasons' but didn't explain further. IIRC she'd been widowed not long before, though. Not easy for her.

I thought Jim was smug.

The decoration that Tom used on the jugs was really effective and I loved Matthew's pots at the end. I also liked Jane's style in the first challenge.

Finally saw it on iplayer last night. I liked Jim before but now he's just smug and annoying.

I REALLY wish they'd fire the stuff they make in the challenges, Seems such a shame not to bother.

I reckon it's Matthew vs Dara O'Briain for the title, but I do have soft spot for Jane.

Not enjoying this one quite so much. Maybe I will when they're glazed.

I think I can't imagine any of these sculptures in my house yet. A vase or bowl is pretty easy to see.
