Hmm - who is the Mr or Mrs Big behind Karen then? It was clearly her who sent Lucie a present from prison now Zach has been eliminated as he wasn't inside and that puts her in the frame for the murders of Sandrine and Lucie.

Told you that Karen was a totally nasty piece of work - pure evil to set the dogs on her "friend". Still can't believe Karen is not a man.

More baby scares for Laure - she really wants to keep it now so that will probably go very bad - I do hope not.

Last night superb - gripping times 3! Outcome still up in the air, yet unlike many crime/ mystery series, avoids sill/ preposterous plot turns.
I have no idea, myself - any bets?

Shitty death, this is brilliant. Only up to episode 8 so not read much of the thread for fear of spoilers. I adore Laure and I can make my hair like Josephine's!

What a bloody mess. Surely they could have shot Karen easily without risk to Charlotte, why did Laure lung after her and how could Karen be dead with all those divers around? Really wanted those bitches to get a proper come upance as they were so bloody evil. It felt like it was a total set up for Laure to maybe loose the baby - surprise, surprise. You can't tell I'm disappointed can you?

I will! We all knew Laure and her pregnancy wouldn't end well. I found the men allowing her to do what she did unrealistic, especially Gilou. No way he'd let her take off her vest

Why could Oz not swim if her mother had always taken her to the water park when she was little? Should we assume that was a lie, esp as the body wasn't found? If Laure's baby survives, will Oz come back and kidnap the baby? Or was that interaction just a metaphor for the fact that neither of them really had anyone, but one was set on destruction while the other was set on saving everyone - including Oz?

For series 6: will Bremont be back on the scene? Will Roban trust Laure or her team again? Will it transpire that he has some sort of brain tumour? Will Gilou will be found out about for a) telling the policeman to lose the report on Cindy's assault, b) telling Djibril about the Judge's file, c) shagging the informer's gf? Will Laure's baby make it? Who was the father, after all?

Where did the cars go and how did he manage to move them without Bremont's team noticing? How will Viani get his come-uppance? Will Josephine turn the tables on the firm + Viani once she has her feet under the desk, or is she back on the bad side for good? How will Edelman get his revenge? Is the story of Laulin and Leo a happy ending, or will we find out that it wasn't such a good idea to reunite father and son after all?

I've enjoyed this series but do slightly miss the episodes where they would solve 5 other cases, banging up plenty of wrong 'uns, while still keeping up the main case/ story thread.

Somewhat anti-climatic & much left unsaid as per Troels posts.
However, I do love the sheer physicality of much of the acting. The scene where the flic tackled France was pure choreography, and Laure's role is acting taken to the limit.
Would love to see these actors in other roles. Should get myself to the FB page sharpish! Next year....

Yes agree with Troels - they did mess up quite a lot of the investigation, esp Gilou. Why did he even tell Djibril the keufs (see, got the lingo!) were on to him about the cars - he didn't owe him and he knew he was a nasty piece for work re Cindy? And fancy calling Bremont when Laure's been stabbed, when Bremont doesn't even know that Laure is pregnant, let alone that he might be the father.

But WHY did she run at Karen/oz? What was the point of that?

The girl was safe, stab vest off... Time to run at unhinged killer holding a Stanley knife? WHAT?!

Did Karen know Laure was pregnant? Can't remember if she knew.

Thought Gilou might be set up by Djibril and his girlfriend. Surprised that didn't happen.

I am guessing the baby will be fine as if it wasn't we would've found out last night. It was a bit pants really and the last episode was really short. Hopefully the next series will be soon as it will be finishing off the whole Ziani/Libya thing. As for Josephine. What a bitch- unless she has a cunning plan. Also couldn't the rest of the board now just vote her off now she's done their dirty work.

PT Re Josephine - certainmente! Clever thinking on your part, he will start some sort of lawsuit, she can testify that she was coerced into voting him off, big, fat payoff & they take dosh & set up on their own, nicking clients as they go! Starting to think like Josephine - no bad thing.
