cjwoof..I think you need to complete the mission right through to the end now you've started it! I must have your insight lusting and salivating on the scene directly after the restaurant in ep5 Wink

elsie3g · 17/12/2014 12:08

Inadvertent slip of the tongue....oh damn, there I go again!

cjwoofwoof · 17/12/2014 12:10

Now Nickels done it again with her "naked dangles" making my smutty mind go into overdrive. Told you I could come up with some more catchphrases SPO!!

cjwoofwoof · 17/12/2014 12:14

Quite right, elsie I believe the inadvertent slip of the tongue certainly does make an appearance after the restaurant scene. If I was writing the scene I don't believe it would be inadvertent either, and would probably have a starring role.

Afternoon all!

Yes, still around and I have been skimming the thread. I haven't read everything in detail but try to get a general flavour even if I've nothing startling to add to proeedings. RL a bit busy again. I have neglected Christmas (no tree or decorations in this house, yet!) and there's only a couple of days before the kids descend upon me all day for more than two weeks so I need to 'stay focused'.

Will check in again later if possible. Have a good day!

cjwoofwoof · 17/12/2014 12:28

CJs just found the Rosabaya capsules and is feeling like a chump for being off with Molly aaah. Then it's my favourite, favourite, favourite CJ shot of all when they're heading back to Bastion and Molly's looking round the camp one last time before getting in the truck, and CJ appears stage right looking all stern and manly, in headset, and nods his head for her to get in the lorry. Sigh, gooey feelings all round. Just noticed how much I like the way he says Brize Norton too - classy not posh boy.

Ilovelblue · 17/12/2014 12:31

cjwoof - have driven past Brize Norton on countless occasions but I may view it slightly differently having watched OG. Have to admit though, always look out for the uniforms around there! Have been to the town (village?) of Sandhurst as well but that was extremely disappointing. Expected it to be posh because of the officers' school, but it didn't live up to my expectations at all.

Don't think I go round military towns for fun - mainly it's been work though Brize is on the edge of the Cotswolds so have had a few holidays around there too.

cjwoofwoof · 17/12/2014 12:33

Oh no Sohails just gone off and the zombies have arrived to drag him off. Not feeling the love in that scene any more without full on tittering, but CJs big hands on Molly's face always conjure up some more fanfic ideas.

Richtea19 · 17/12/2014 12:37

cjwoof, blow by blow, hardcore, paddling pool, Rosabaya and stern face.....what are you doing to me????? Just got home from the gym and I know feel the need to watch captain stern face, biting lips, wearing low slung combats!

I also read about 2nd series of The Missing, I was disappointed with the end, but guess it was because they new they had another series up their sleeve. It because it was James Nesbitt. I preferred him with out hair, but then DH hasn't got much either ;)

ilove very impressed with yiur menu for a midweek meal, sounded lovely.

icemist I told you - a YouTube sensation! I forget that it's not just the UK that would be able to watch.

Decided to ditch DVD number two disc as I've only wrapped three gifts all morning, eaten three pieces of toast, drunk two Rosabayas and sat on my bot for best part of three hours. I'm not endearing myself to me at all. Sorry that's it for episode commentary for today. Going to double away now and look busy as DS is coming home at 1 and I don't want him thinking I'm abnormal Xmas Grin
Ilove never been to B.Norton myself but do live near an army camp and often see soldiers about. They all look about 12 or mingingly short, overweight and not a low slung belt in sight Sad

cjwoofwoof · 17/12/2014 12:49

Before I go...oooooh yes, yes, yes icemist that's THE one. My flabber is no longer gasted but is well and truly on borrowed time before total meltdown. LOVE that pic!

pixieg1rl · 17/12/2014 12:56

The house I've just moved from was just round the corner from Cambridge University's Officer Training Corps site. Some evenings the neighbouring Sainsbury's is full of young men in camo combats at various waist heights (and widths). Some rather pleasant moments have been passed lingering in the magazine section or inspecting the cafe's menu. No one has met the standards of CJ, but my ogling research does confirm that a nice bottom is really set off by a pair of combats.

Nickel45 · 17/12/2014 14:21

Most of the army bods near here are officers and don't seem to wear combats. And smart uniform is just not the same. The only ones in combats are about 12 too. But did bump into some air cadets at the Christmas fair the other day, who said if I joined in could learn to shoot a gun. Did mention I though I was a bit old (by 30 years - they were also about 12!) But they said I could do offices training!! So tempted, but don't have time to do everything I already do. Mentioned to my cub leader, to see if we could do it as part of our program but she thought teaching cubs to shoot wasn't a good idea. Can't think why?!

Ilovelblue · 17/12/2014 14:24

cjwoof I have been on the base at RAF Valley (where Prince William was stationed, but not when he was around!) The pilots were stunning. There wasn't one single one of them under 6 foot. Definitely swoonworthy. All the kit helped as well. (Though it didn't help my blood pressure).

icemistOBE · 17/12/2014 14:52

New Klipdoctor chapter and some others too

Ok I'm back - present wrapping not a jackpot as I ran out of paper so need to waste try another day to finish off. Managed to be looking busy when DS arrived home though so my secret obsession is still safe. Tbh Ilove although army combats are my favourite, I'm a bit of a sucker (watch it Elsie and Nickel) for any kind of uniform...police, raf, fireman, army, even G4 Securicor if they're manly/tall enough.

pixieg1rl · 17/12/2014 15:08

Lollipop man?

Pizza Hut employee?

cherin · 17/12/2014 15:09

I think that's quite common. Ask most men, and they'll tell you the same about nurses uniform ;-)

cherin · 17/12/2014 15:11

Firemen are by far my favourite.
With trousers on, though (that's a self reference to...thread 3?? ;-)

cherin · 17/12/2014 15:12

And the biggest turn off of them all??? Flip flops!! I think even CJ in flip flops would be a NoNo

cjwoofwoof · 17/12/2014 15:17

Woah pixie! I know I may be in need of someone in a white coat after indulging in this thread, but I draw the line at a Lollipop Man ok? No, no, no, I'm thinking Man in Authority, stern, barking orders then having a softer side that's soooo lovable. Man who Saves Lives, Man Who'd give his Life for others...I suppose a Lollipop Man DOES fit this criteria so let's just say yes then, so long as he carries that sign with authority and wears a low slung cap. And no acne on the Pizza Hut employee - I have got some standards.

cjwoofwoof · 17/12/2014 15:22

I once helped out on a school trip to the local fire station cherin (well someone had to do it) and had a very nice time. Think I enjoyed it more than the kids, especially the sliding down the pole demonstration (not me, the firemen). Not one fat, balding minger in the whole crew - immediately put my name down for a free smoke alarm check that day.

cherin · 17/12/2014 15:51

Well my local ones don't seem to be that hunky, but I see they always select good specimen for local fairs and demonstration. Obviously they must be because they are better qualified with dealing with kids, public etc. Nobody would ever imply women have such a weak judgment and actually look at them in this way ;-)

Richtea19 · 17/12/2014 16:05

Not sure about firemen? I can imagine their uniform is a bit sweaty. The trousers are baggy. I do like a nice pert bottom in low slung combats. Think I will stick with CJ!

Many, many years ago pre DH..... I was in Rhodes with a girl friend and the French Navy were in port. It made for a very eventful holiday. Oh to be young again!
