Season 1 is good if you're a Sean Bean fan, Orphan. Quite a few British actors are in it. Not quite up there with Spartacus for me, but then again Crixus takes a bit of beating (now there's a thought) as I do enjoy some greased up torsos and loincloths...

cjwoof so surprised that virtually all actors and actresses were well known from something. I found it on Sky Atlantic, so have know set series link! I want to watch Reign as well, plus my regular viewing of OG. Square eyes!

Actually I think Sky are showing ALL episodes of GoT this Christmas on Box Sets I think, so if you've got 30+ hours to spare, you'll soon be prepared for Season 4 next spring. Can't get the thought of BA being in it out of my nut now - he'd be perfect as a good guy trying to rescue the princess from the evil Lannisters, or maybe the bad guy shagging all the fair maidens senseless. Who cares as long as there's lots of detail!

Sean Bean, yes maybe another contender for the fire side wrestling. The reprobate who taught Rupert Friend a few moves ( who then taught CJ if you remember)

Yes I'm happy for Sean Bean to be at the fireside wrestling contest. It's getting pretty crowded but as long as I've got a ringside seat I'm sure there's room for a couple more. I think I made a mistake with thinking we're upto season 4, think it's actually season 5 coming up in 2015. BA as the Black Leather Bulge Bandit of Westeros has a nice ring to it i believe.

I've got GoT on series record so good to hear good reviews. DH will probably moan as not his sort of thing -he fell asleep during 1st Lord of rings film though if there's lots of sex. ..

Dreaming last night I met BA in London and he knew who I was. Quite strange really, but a nice dream

Morning all, I've left kids in bed and headed to gym, I seem to be full of energy, I think it was all those dreams I had last night! Last "normal" day today, mother in law arrives tomorrow. I will be buried in the IPad!

Day one of the school holidays, and I'd forgotten how difficult it was to actually get anything done with the kids about. So far managed to get dressed! Me, not even the kids. Littlie following me round wanting cuddles all the time (which is lovely but not very practical!) and biggie want paper, pens, kitchen sink, constantly! Now both fighting over who gets to play my ipad ... You'll probably hear the shouting when i tell them neither of them are! Am going to amuse myself by seeing how many CJisms I can say before I really lose my temper!! Bless em .... !?!

icemist I am very jealous of your dream. I ensure I think of CJ every night before I go to sleep but have never managed to dream about him yet! I hope it was an X rated dream as well.

There are quite a few new fanfics appearing at the moment. A big improvement on the very early ones I have to say, though some are just a bit too light and fluffy for my taste. Not bad reading though on the whole - feel good factor.

Escaped from kids for a few hours. Just picked up I am a Pilgrim -must try to read something other than this thread and fan fiction! Now having hair cut then off to buy Christmas card reckon John Lewis will have something stag themed and classy

Apsara brilliant card, thank you so much! So glad you got I am Pilgrim. It is a chunky book, but SO good, however good luck getting into it as as ilove said so much Ff at the moment.

I came back from the gym (body combat, channelling my inner MD!) and came into kitchen from hell...DS decided to cook a fry up, grease all over the hob and work surfaces, up the tiles. He put all the dirtys in the dishwasher, which I would normally congratulate, however it was clean! He had gone out as well so I couldnt get him to clear up!

The only dream Ive had of CJ was when he'd mysteriously disappeared to Canada and nobody knew why. It mustve been on my mind coz I dreamed he'd had a Hollywood facelift and came back looking like Barry Manilow, ergh!! Unfortunately, no proper x-rated dreams of wrestling, sword fights or full on nakedness which is a shame coz that's usually what my last thoughts are about before lights out...
