Strictly Come Dancing - too uncool?

I absolutely love this show and it just gets better every series. But I rarely admit to it in public and none of my friends watch it - they all watch X factor - which I love too but not as much. So would love to hear from anyone who loves it as much as me!

Curlew, highlights from last nights show are on on a Sunday night 7pm (at least this week) so you've missed them I'm araid.

Have had a look at next weeks TV guide and it says the start time next week is 5.45 till 7.10, followed by Robin Hood. And everyone will be dancing

From what Brucie said last night I though JT had a cold, but on sky news I saw it mentioned something about a heart murmur. Hope he's okay, but doesnt look good for him from a dancing side of things. Perhaps he could swap with Brucie?

Didn't think Georgina was that bad myself - the judges hate it when anyone argues with the professionals and i think that's why they slated her so much.

Poor Mica got the short straw because Georgina got the sympathy vote. Would have liked to see Mica carry on a bit longer - think she's fab for trying this 4 months after giving birth - I'm still really unfit 14 months later and was looking to her for some inspiration!

Don't forget BBC2 6:30 tonight with whatshername- they go over the bits we maybe don't see and do a bit of comentary.

That's bollocks really just can't sleep anyway - but looking forward to seeing how they get on in the live show - wonder how many of them are sleeping!!

Oh yes, I did think Lousia was fantastic. That routine was great and she nailed it, amazing that they had so little training!

Loved Mark again.... oooh er, and impressed Matt stepped up his game!

SCREAMMMM! Totally missed from Claire and Brendan onwards, thought I was recording but something went wrong! just read the bbc website and it says that Peter and Erin were great?? Can this be true, has erin worked her magic again? Someone tell me!

For such a beautiful girl I've yet to see Tess Daly in anything that really suits her - in my expert opinion... Thought all the jives looked a bit tortured except Louisa, she will be a serious contender.

The amount of makeup slapped on - especially the pros is gross - they're beginning to look like trannys. Did you see Smeichels nose in training? Hilarious!! Think Jan got saved as people vote for Anton, he doesn't do anything for me - talks non stop about himself, looks fab with Erin though.

Schmeichel's head is bizarre - pmsl at him last week and his entrance this week was hilarious - Craig was spot on with his comments.

He dances well though.

Did see Darren and Lilia dance at a club near me...Lilia IS simply startling..what she can't do with her back..

All the frocks were great tonight..and yes that last jive was sensational, esp. on such limited training.....

  • Can't believe Spoony is out!!! Ruddy travesty!! I used to do Ballroom/Latin dancing many moons ago, started out as a laugh and a way to keep fit, got to medal/competition level but realised I wasn't enjoying it any more as everyone was so bitchy and false so gave up. Love watching this though, it really is good stuff!!

I was gobsmacked, esp when you think Spoony had 5 points from the judges' vote, and Georgina and Jan had one (or poss two?) apiece. That means there must have been a number of people who scored lower with the public than them, quite how is astounding.

I thought Spoony would stay in perhaps longer than he deserved because people would vote for Ola. Unfortunately I think this week everyone assumed he was safe and so no need to vote
