Strictly Come Dancing - too uncool?

I absolutely love this show and it just gets better every series. But I rarely admit to it in public and none of my friends watch it - they all watch X factor - which I love too but not as much. So would love to hear from anyone who loves it as much as me!

Instead they changed the format of the final so there are two rather than three people contestants. In Previous years, you lost one couple during the show while the last two battled on by doing their show dance. Although the third kicked out couple still do their show dance, who can forget Julian dressed as a navy man!!!!

I cannot believe they are making them do 5 dances, I think that is a bit unfair!

Didn't realise the final two dances were in the results show, a lot of flim flam and watching vid clips for nothing methinks. (Thought they were killing time to let them get changed again for the next dance).

So pleased with Mark and Karen's 40 - yee-ha!

umm, with regards to Spoony.

Earlier in the series James Jordan was not happy with him, saying that he had been disrespectful to both Ola and himself because she was a married woman and Spoony kept flirting and making comments to her.

Another thing i meant to ask the other day, on It Takes Two they were talking about Colin and Erin and puppetgate.

I didnt see it last year, can anyone tell me what was puppetgate?

I think it may refer to last years final. In the show dance Darren and Lilia did a really good dance, and then Colin and Erin did this dance where they both dressed as male dancers, and each danced with life size female puppets. you know where the feet of the puppet are attached to the real dancer so they move with them. Erin said she wanted to prove Colin could dance on his own but it was a spectacular flop and I think it lost it for them. Judges hated it too.

If Mark and Karen win tonight I hope someone has a crowbar to get Karen off him.

Welel Brendan did allegedly say that he could find a more graceful and classy dance partner in a milking shed after finishing the show with that tawdry Claire King -It is is also alleged that he indulged in a litttle hanky panky with Natasha Botox Queen Kaplinsky in the 1st series too.

Berk is quite an understatement for James Jordan, he was unneccessarily horrible to Georgina, and is abviously insecure to be so silly about Spoony.

Mmmm I think I sometimes take this show too seriously!

was not sure about the judges choose song segment when I heard about it, but it was great and I thought both couples were brill but as you know am a karen and mark girl!

Was so pleased to see Spoony back out there, but cannot believe the couples have to do another two dances! will enjoy it but still seems a bit evil to make them work so hard, luckily they are both superfit sports people.

Anyone else think it's a bit cheap that when they brought all the others on, they were all wearing outfits from earlier in the series? Karen's wearing an old dress for the viennese waltz too
