Strictly Come Dancing - too uncool?

I absolutely love this show and it just gets better every series. But I rarely admit to it in public and none of my friends watch it - they all watch X factor - which I love too but not as much. So would love to hear from anyone who loves it as much as me!

I hope Emma wins as I think she is the best dancer. I won't spend our hard-earned money on it though.... am I still allowed on the thread?

I think any of these dances are easier for girls coz the lead is so important. Kicks and fluffly stuff are no problem for Emma - problem is Darren was doing his Argentinian too much like a ballroom boy - hard to change. Hope he sorts it out by tonight.

I think it will be much harder for the boys - esp. as Flavia said timing had to be sooo precise - tho I'm sure Karen and Lilia will be able to cover up lots of mistakes. Thought Mark did look just right doing his Argentinian.

I lurrve Lilia - her routines and personality (not to mention her body) are all gorgeous. I think Karen's a bit old-fashioned.

Might call new baby Lilia - only if it's a girl of course.

Molesworth - I was just thinking that about Mark's eyebrows! Have they always been that sparse or are they moulting due to stress?

Not Emmas biggest fan but have to say she was very good tonight. Her and Mark for the final. His tango was fab - pity Karen had to blub so much.....

Could anyone tell me, what did Karen do that got caught on camera according to Tess just after thier second dance. I just turned on and it sounded like she was getting told off for doing something naughty?!

Nothing naughty - just got filmed tripping over during practice!!

Thought judges were mean to Matt about his tango - thought it was much more intimate than Emma's - but then saw Mark's. Gorgeous, and incredible when they have just had 3 days to learn it. I thought he was robbed with a 9. If you only have one word to say "A-ma-zing" - surely that's got to be a 10. And apparently he can back up his sleazy tango look in RL.

Oh no - I blubbed right along with Karen .

Thought Matt was a bit dumb to repeat his comment about being rugby not dancing! - when he's trying to get into the final of a dancing show - doh.

Have changed my mind tonight after Mark's tango, it gave me goosebumps.. So bye bye Matt and your interesting ears, hello Mark and your interesting eyebrows.

I taped it as was out earlier, will look for KAren being told off!

Yep agree about Mark's tango, it was fab. Thought Matt's tango was really bad, 8 was way too high a mark, his footwork was static and clumsy. Cannot believe I can tell, but after 4 years of watching this I guess you learn something. really think it should be mark and emma in the final soley on dancing.

And I too cried with Karen, after dancing with Bill last year, 10 must seem like the holy grail! Love her!

was she actually dancing or posing? I think she is funny but her dance at the beginning of each show with Bruce is painful!
