Yes, I couldn't get past the idea of salmon tasting of goose. Odd. Frankly, I've put out plates of food that looked no worse than that!

In fact, the whole thing is a pretty big starter. The guacamole stuff looks pretty disgusting.

Taken yesterday after their epic journey from Southern Spain. Thy are Galgos about 5 years old. They are big and pee A LOT.

They are huge!
