Not sure. They have done double boots before as far as I remember, but I also think they line up four for the final just in case. In previous years, there have been unforeseen droppings-out (Kelly Brook, John Sargeant, someone else I think?) that meant they ended up with only two couples in the final. Which is exhausting for the couples and, frankly, dull for the audience. Grin

Yeah I think there will be four in the final again. From what I can remember from last year, Sophie Ellis-Bextor who came fourth did a dance chosen by the judges and a show dance. Then she was kicked off and the other three got to perform their favourite dance.

Sorry to come in late and maybe be repetitive because I haven't read all the thread; but I LOVED the international one. The music was great,all of it was amazing and Simon's waltz (?) was out of this world . SIMON TO WIN!!!!!

I agree ppeatfruit - Simon was amazing. I think it's the first year where it's genuinely impossible to tell who will make the final. Interesting ITT yesterday with Jake and Janette who were saying it was the professional dancer's fault for bumping into Jake. His confidence doesn't seem to have been affected at all.

Looking at the replay, it was a profi lady who bumped into Jake, but he admitted that they made a mistake and were in the wrong position on the floor .

I can't work out if I like jake's dancing or not ;it's bit samey. Though good for a 'non trained' dancer.

Extremely interesting about the waltzathon this Sat.

Also interesting that the guests yesterday were actually discussing 'the elephant in the room' the trained dancers. Grin on IT2.

And the relationship between Simon and Christina which from what I can gather ,and looking at them dancing is HOT Grin. They are both single which Zoe was very quick to point out Grin.

Yes, very interesting comment by the Heat guy alluding to a relationship between Kristina and Simon. James Jordan on Twitter said that Caroline had the least training of all those with previous experience which is different from what some have said on this thread. I also hope Pixie does not win (although dds will be in tears) - Marian Keyes has referred to one of the contestants as being a bit full of themselves and I think she was meaning Pixie. Everything crossed that Mark will be out soon.

I'm not enjoying ITT this week. Zoe was a bit mean laughing at Pasha when he got his words wrong. And very bitchy comment from Karen when Zoe mistakenly called her Alison.

She made a bit of a fat jibe, something like I haven't eaten that much when Zoe mistakenly called her Alison. It was when they were were talking about the waltzathon and she was with Alijaz. Not nice.

Can't quite remember, might watch it back tomorrow.

When Zoe was laughing at Pacha getting his words wrong I thought she was kind of laughing with him , as if it's a thing that they've done together before - ie it didn't seem mean.

But when Karen made a huge deal of Zoe calling her Alison, it was really squirmy and clearly nasty. I think Karen will regret not thinking before opening her mouth.

I am marking my place here, but chipping in to say, I am getting more impressed with Mark, he has really improved. Hope he stays in. Think we need a male winner this year.

Did anyone catch Simon saying to Mark "Lovah baby" in IT2 this evening and he had just been dancing with Karen, I don't read the scandal sheets have Mark or Karen got partners?
